On my second night stay all of the dirty towels were not replaced with new ones, was told to reuse the old ones. The hotel was in need of cosmetic attention, ceiling in my room had leaked at one time and apparently just painted over. The overall condition/service at this hotel is run very cheaply, I also think there is an entire family living behind and over the main lobby (lots of noise); they have a garden on the side of the lawn and a porch swing in the room behind the check-in desk.
