BEWARE of this Gold's Gym!

Staff is rude, unhelpful, and will in all seriousness try to take a stab at you if they can. Didn't mention until *after* we paid our supposed final month that if they knew we were canceling it would have been free. Could not get a refund. Equipment is shoddy, broken down, and they have not even made an attempt to fix them with the 'maintenance fees.'The new building is small and poorly ventilated. It smells something awful and there are not enough machines to go around. If you do join, beware when signing your contract. Those who sign you up will tell you everything *but* the fact that you have to mail in a letter to corporate sixty days in advance. Planet Fitness moved into their old location, and being very impressed with the tour and the no contract month to month. If you join a gym, there are plenty in this area that are just fine and try not to rip you off. Stay away from this Gold's Gym or you will definitely regret it.

The owner of this business received my cancellation notice two years ago .The last 30 days the owner always bothered us when we were working out, wanting to know what he could do to make us stay. The owner knew we were leaving because of our 30 day notices. I did not even want to work out because he made us feel so bad ,that we were going to a golds gym closer to our home. We did the full agreement with him but we did not want to renew. I had given him 5 memberships and he made a good profit off of me and my family.
The new golds gym made several mistakes with my sons account and it took two years to get straight. they refunded me everything. Then when everything was finally cleared I found out Bells ferry was still taking money out for a membership I canceled two years ago.
The gym knew I canceled because he stopped the draft right then.The gym will not refund my money that is owed to me.I canceled my membership the owner knows that and I want my money back.I need help from the corporate office. The owner knows he does not deserve money from a canceled contract .I have no respect for him .

We love Gold's Gym because it is a smaller gym. Everyone there is for the same reason. Just to workout.

We have been in many other Gyms where people seem more interested in flaunting around and Gold's Gym just isnt like that.

They have the weight machines upstair and they have free weights downstairs.

They offer many great classes including yoga. They even have a full service tanning salon. They do also offer personal training.

Our daughter loves it because they have a huge play area and day care.

This is a gym the whole family will love
