The staff here is great, my sales guy is Joe and squared me away with what I wanted and the parts folks are good to go also. Painless was the process to get everything done.

Called to price tires mounted if I bring in tires and wheels - was told $75. Bring in the wheels and tires and was told $75 per wheel! Now I know that it is a bit more if you buy tires elsewhere, but $150 when I pulled the wheels myself...?!!! The guy working the service desk said, "that's the price you pay for buying tires somewhere else". I consider that price stealing. I called Beasley Kawasaki, and was told $80 for both. Dropped off the wheels and tires and received a call about an hour later - done. Kiss off Honda/Yamaha of Savannah. I will not set foot in that place ever again - should have read reviews before, as they are universally horrible. I also agree about the female in parts (the one that quoted me $75 originally). Seems like you are bothering her by asking her to do her job.

I bought a ninja ex250r from this place for $1500. The bike has had the following problems:
Radiator fixed free took 3 weeks to fix
Bad valves fixed free again took 2 months to fix
Now the reason for this horid review
Bent front rim.
How do you sell a bike like this for half it's original cost and not check it out. All these problems could have been fixed or avoided if they just took the time to properly maintain their fleet of bikes while in their posession. Never will I deal with any of these people again. I could have gone to them for my new tires but refused to go to them. They seem so ungreatfull for what business they do get.

My 14 year old son saved up $363.00 for months to buy a new carburetor for his Honda 4 wheeler. The part was defective and after paying a mechanic to put it on and take it off Honda Yamaha of Savannah wanted $90.00 to "restock" the part after he took it back as defective. They lied about the ability of their Techician "Norm" and the Female Manager was aggressive and hostile when we were trying to rationalize with her about getting a refund for a DEFECTIVE part. They Suck!!! Honda Riders go to Statesboro or on line to buy parts. This place Sucks!!!!!!! The Parts Receptionist "Ty" is a Liar too!!!

The Service Department is a complete rip-off! They lied about what was wrong with the bike, they claimed an outrageous amount that it would cost to fix it. Then, when we went to pick the bike back up (after we told them we weren't paying that much), the bike was in pieces, they gave us back the parts in baggies. AND, some parts were missing! I had to call and complain just to get the rest of my parts back. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone! We had a lot of people tell us not to go there, but we didn't listen.
