I had a very bad experience with this stereo shop. They installed a monitor in my car...it was a very, very bad quality monitor
(i think it was a black market knock off )and when I requested a refund, after catching attitude they finally agreed to refund the cost of the monitor, but did not want to refund the installation fee of $100.00 &some tax.
Anyway, I'll see them in small claims court! after I contact my credit card company and the better business bureau.
THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT AND WILL TRY NOT TO GIVE YOU A HONEST REFUND FOR THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT
