I am a patient of Dr. Muller's since 1980 and I can't say enough wonderful things about the doctors and staff at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital! They are very caring, professional and compassionate people and understand and appreciate that we consider our three dogs to be important members of our family. We recently lost one of our boys to cancer and the entire office could not have been more kind, more helpful, and more compassionate during a very difficult time.

Dr. Muller is not only a knowledgeable vet and a skilled surgeon, but more importantly, he will always take the time to explain a situation, he listens to your concerns and answers whatever questions you may have. Their office always runs on schedule, they bend over backwards to get you in if you have a situation that needs immediate attention, their rates are reasonable, and everyone is incredibly kind and friendly and they are a joy to deal with. I live part time in central Georgia, and when I have a problem, I load my boys into the car and drive 2 hours to see Dr. Muller. It's totally worth it. I can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for what they've done for us. Try this office...you'll love them!

NO, NO, NO! Do not use this vet if you love your animals at all. They pretend to love animals but it is not true, I know this from first-hand experience. I've had a very, very bad experience with them resulting in the death of my pet.

Went in to buy heartworm preventative for a dog I adopted from a rescue organization and they refused to sell it to me as 'Rocky' was not a patient of theirs. I had all of his medical records from the vet that the rescue org took him too a few months back so a quick phone call would've worked. This is my problem with a lot of vets, it is all about money and most don't really care. Guess I was supposed to bring him in for another $100 check-up? Weak... very weak. I work right across the street- they could've had a client in the very near future- instead here I am slamming them.

No idea if this vet is good or not, but the customer service is crap.

Note: a number of the 5 star ratings are from employees (as stated in the rating) and a few others are obviously false...

As a high school intern, I first came to Holcomb Bridge Animal hospital around 10 weeks ago not sure what to expect. But coming here twice a week has been an incredible learning experience for me. I've gotten a lot of hands on experience with the patients, and the staff I work with are both friendly and also very helpful and patient with explaining veterinary procedures and concepts to me. The animals are very well treated here, and you can tell that the staff truly have a passion for what they do by how they care for their patients. They also have formed great relationships with their patients' owners, which is definitely a plus when it comes to providing care. I've thoroughly enjoyed all my time spent interning here and I couldn't have asked for a better learning experience and perspective of the veterinary field.

Dr.Muller at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital has been taking care of my beloved four legged children for several years. I enjoy walking into a hospital so professional with great customer service. The doctors and staff at HBAH go over and beyond to meet any of your needs. Whether you go in for a regular checkup or an emergency your pet(s) will be well taken care of and be treated as if it were one of their own. HBAH is truly one of the best animal hospitals in the entire state!

I have been working at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital for ten years. I consider this place my second home and an extension of my family. I am proud to be a part of Dr. Muller's team. The compassion and work ethic expressed in both his medicine and leadership as a boss is to be valued. I have adopted several animals through Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Muffy, Wilma, and Sherbert have completed my home in many ways. I love our patients, although I do have some very special relationships with some of my favorites. On behalf of the staff of Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital, I want to thank our clients and our loving patients, especially Little Dude.
Come Down and become a part of my family.

We have been patients of Dr. Muller at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital since 2005. Our cats have multiple health issues ranging from allergies to severe arthritis and cardiomyopathy. Dr. Muller and his staff are very caring, providing compassionate treatment at the office and a quick response to phone calls in between visits. Dr. Muller is never invasive in his diagnosis. He looks at the situation thoroughly before ordering x-rays or tests that may not be needed. His treatment is always in the best interest of our cats. When necessary, he is even open to recommending other vets that provide alternative therapies as a complement to his traditional medicine and he recommends the best in the business. We?re confident that all the doctors and staff at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital are providing the best care for cats, our family.

If you need anything else, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards,

Heidi Schuster

I took my cat there when he started having seizures. The acted all nonchalant about it and said it was normal. Although the vet agreed that it was not uncommon for a cat, I felt like they didn't get to the root of the problem. I may or may not go back there depending on if I find a more convenient location.

Dr Muller really cares about your pets. He has keen memory of their history which helps when treating them. He explains things fully when you don't understand. He is a little expensive though

I have had 4 dogs go to this vet, two golden retrievers and two little dogs. The two golden retrievers were old when they passed away of course, but the first golden that we had went to this vet since she was a puppy. We went to the vet and they said that she had some issues, but she should be fine... A week later we walk into our house and she is no longer with us. I think that going to a vet and saying that everything should be fine and giving her the medicine she was supposed to take and a week later our dog passing away is a little ridiculous, but we keep going to the vet for some reason. Then we have another golden, who was younger than our first when she passed away because of kidney issues. She was at the vet when they put her to sleep. Now our little dog that is about 12 years old goes to him still because we have been going to him for so long and he is a very nice vet. Well our dog was in boarding and on a holiday they don't tell us that they are closed nor does the message machine. I go by at 10:00 in the morning then at 12:00 and no one is there and it doesn't look like they have been. I think that it is a little ridiculous that my dog was there for I don't know how long with no one there incase something goes wrong. They should have either told us that they were closed or at least had it on their message machine. We will no longer be going to this vet because I consider this HORRIBLE! If my dog is being boarded their should be someone there to take care of him. There are plenty of vets that I can go to now that will have someone there 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This vet does not have that.

The Veterinarian is great. However, they have too much business and cannot handle patient emergencies during normal operating hours. If you have a healthy pet, you will not be dissatisfied.

it's a real shame that i will no longer be bringing my dog to this vet hospital. after years (20+) of depending on doctor muller and his above average bedside manner and veterinary skills, i must end my relationship with him due to extremely poor customer care on the part of his daughter (the office manager). i have no interest in patronizing a business that has total lack of regard for established relationships, especially those that deal with such emotional issues as the care of my pet. while i do care a great deal for this particular veterinarian and thank him for his years of service, i will not be spoken to in a rude and condescending way from the woman who manages the front of the office. he should take care to keep effective and compassionate people on staff or else this may lead to an alarming trend of lost patients.

Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital provides for all your pet's medical and surgical health needs at our warm and friendly office.

More about Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital

Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital prides itself as being a primary care facility Every diagnosis is a culmination of the collaborate work of the client, doctor and diagnostic team. It is this collaboration of information that allows us to disclose the cause of a problem and lead us to a method of treatment. Your input is the critical first step in this team effort by providing the information (or history) of your pets problem. The backbone of medicine is the comprehensive physical examination. The physical exam should include the evaluation of all the body systems and should be performed whether the patient is seen for a wellness evaluation or because of a problem. Diagnostics; whether it be laboratory, radiology, ultrasound or other testing, is then chosen to further explore and evaluate the problem. Therapy or treatment can then be determined. We offer a variety of services to help diagnose, treat, and manage illnesses that affect all the body systems Our state of the art anesthesia, patient monitoring, and surgical equipment enable us to perform both elective and emergency surgical procedures. The safety and comfort of our patients is paramount from the preoperative phase through their recovery.
