Oliver is a master at his craft. He is an amazing stylist with tremendous skills in every hairstyle, hair type, coloring, and so much more. In addition, you will have a great experience in the laid back atmosphere of his salon. Visited Zoe at Studio Oliver and received the 90 minute massage and I can't say enough great things about the experience. I left the salon feeling like a new woman. I have had the shorter massages before, but the 90 minute is the perfect amount of time to feel fully revitalized and refreshed. Again, this was a great massage experience at Studio Oliver.

Best Salon in Atlanta. Chic and upscale with a laid back atmosphere. Oliver is a master stylist with years of experience and he has a great staff of stylist, massage therapist, and an esthetician. If you are looking to upgrade your salon experience I would recommend trying Studio Oliver.

Jason did such a good job with my hair. I have had the hardest time trying to find someone with the magical hands to manage my hair, but he tailored everything to my individual texture. You can tell that he has been doing this for a long time and I will definetly be visiting him from now on at Studio Oliver's.

I have a highly stressful job and a friend of mine who sees Zoe regally brought me a gift card for a two hour massage and i'll have to say it was a experience out of this world of total bliss, I felt incredible afterwards and I signed up for one of her great value courses. Studio Oliver's is a great chic, upscale salon that has some of the best stylist in Midtown. Oliver is the owner and main stylist and he is the best at what he does. I have never experienced a stylist more passion or talented than this man. I have been going for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Atlanta.

Slone colored my hair last Thursday and I have been getting nothing but compliments since. She is an awesome stylist with a great personality. She also told me that if I refer three friends then I can get a free hair cut so you can't beat that.

This is the only place in Atlanta that I have been able to find Mario Badescu products. If you are unaware this is the best skin care line out. It is ultra exclusive, but it is as good as it gets. I am so excited to finally know of a place in Atlanta that sells it!!!

I have been going to Studio Oliver's for the last year and everytime I go I have the greatest experience. The salon is chic upscale and has a great atmosphere. I go to Oliver's regularly for both my hair with Oliver the owner and for massages with an English girl named Zoe. Well now they have hired on an esthetician named Lara who offers some great services, but I really needed my eyelashes done. Oh my God, I looked like a new woman when I was done. I will be back in a few weeks and I would recommend you see her.

I went to Studio Oliver's a few weeks ago to get my hair trimmed, and I didn't even realize that there was a massage therapist there as well. I booked a 1.5 hour massage with Zoe, and I must say it was incredible!!! I would definetely recommend.

Jason gave me an excellent cut, and my hair is not easy to work with. I've paid a lot of money for bad cuts and I never know what I'm getting when I have a new stylist. Jason knew just the shape and style that would work. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. :-) Also, Studio Oliver is a great space. Easy parking, too. ;-)

I visited Studio Oliver's this week and got a coloring from one of Oliver's new stylist named Jason. He was incredible. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he gave me a shoulder massage and rubbed my neck prior to the coloring to really have me relaxed. Truly a great experience!!!

I had the same stylist for ten years, I switched to Oliver because of several recommendations and glad I did. I wished I discovered him sooner. He really knows his stuff! Will pick the right cut and color based on your features. He spends a LOT of time with his clients and extremely confident. I highly recommend this salon. I was hesitant after going to the same person for ten years, I should have come here much sooner.

Oliver and his team at Studio Oliver have seen may changes in the last few years, but one thing stays the same, Oliver's talent as a stylist. His work is impeccable and through adversity he remains one of the top stylists in the city.

In response to the below review, I must call it as it is, a personal attack on Oliver. If your unhappy with your visit, you have the right to voice your opinion. But to throw around ugly accusations that are untrue is just spiteful. My advise to you, Find Another Salon...

Thank you Studio Oliver for making me look fab for many years, and I highly recommend Oliver and his team to anyone looking for a fantastik salon.

Studio Oliver is hands down Atlanta's best salon and Oliver Bacchus and his staff are truly some of the most talented hair stylists and colorists in the world. Being in the public eye creates an environment where your style is your signature and Oliver and his staff have truly created a positive experience for me where I am always "camera ready". I have been to hair stylists and salons all over the US and I can honestly say, Oliver has the undeniable gift of understanding How and What to accomplish to make someone LOOK and FEEL beautiful in ALL types of profiles and faces and it shows in all his clients. It is a wonderful experience, KNOWING no matter what he does, its right! With many other hair stylists, I have returned home with great disappointment due to the lack of skill and inability to cut hair or create a color combination to provide warmth and depth in my hair. That situation is easily remedied by the skill this salon boasts in its talent. In addition, Studio Oliver carries great product lines for the face, body and hair such as Mario Badescu, Bumble and Bumble and my favorite, Kerastase. My hair remains silky even after coloring which for many stylists and salons is rare. Not only is it a truly beautiful location with a trendy atmosphere, it provides an emphasis on customer service and a friendliness you don't find many places. Oliver and his staff are worth every cent- and I gladly look forward to the next visit. :)

I love Studio Oliver! I have never really liked my hair, and have always worn it up due to damaged hair. Oliver always rocks my hair with FABULOUS color, and a wonderful cut. I LOVE my hair now! I have never had a bad experience with the salon, I HIGHLY recommend Oliver for both color and cuts. Oliver is so talented and his employees are wonderful too. The salon has great beauty products including Bumble and Bumble, and my favorite skin care line Mario Badescu.

I have seen Geoffry for my haircuts for a couple of years. He recently moved to Studio Oliver and I love this salon! Oliver has created a very welcoming environment with no attitude. Geoffry, as always, does a fantastic job with my hair. He always takes the time to discuss what is going on with it and asks me if care to make any changes. I have found it rare for a stylist to really listen to what I have say. I reccomend any man or woman to make an appointment to see Geoffry for a cut or color. I can not imagine anyone else cutting or styling my hair!

I am new to town and wanted to support a local business and Studio Oliver is just down the street from where I live. I've lived in DC, SF and LA and have had my fair share of expensive haircuts -- and I was hesitant from the get-go because the haircut was so cheap ($40). I am not that picky about my hair -- its somewhat course, I have a lot of hair...it's hard to mess up. Nicky cut my hair and I have never felt more unsure about a stylist and the upcoming haircut when I sat in the chair. I left with a side mullet. My bangs ranged from 1 inch (didn?t even reach my eyebrow when wet) to 4 inches. When I was leaving/paying, Oliver came over to check me out (offered some free product samples -- very nice). When I looked at his client she gave me this "honey, it isn't so bad..." look. Conversation with the stylist was weak, the cut was bad, and I felt like she knew she was giving me a bad haircut. While everyone has a learning curve, I would have expected more from this salon and its management. I read the reviews here before I went in and felt confident about it. I had to go to another stylist in town to fix the bad haircut (well, it has taken a few cuts).

Pros: Oliver seemed like a good host.

Myself and my three bridesmaids came to Oliver before my wedding and they did two wonderful updos and two fantastic blow-outs! I wore my hair straight and it had never looked so shiney and perfect in my life but it still had great movement and didn't look or feel stiff!!

Very reasonable too for wedding updos and close to lots of great potential wedding sites and many hotels.

I was in Atlanta this last weekend for my friends wedding. The wedding party went to this salon. I was leary about getting a blowout since I have very curly hair and have had bad blowouts in the past. But I needed something done!! So I went and saw Michael. Michael put me at ease immediately. I was so at ease with him, that I actually asked him to cut my hair as well. We decided to cut in some side sweeping bangs, and I am SO happy we did. The cut was precise and exactly what I wanted. He took his time and he is truly a perfectionist. Then the blowout was perfect!!! I felt amazing when I left the salon. I can't say enough about Michael. He's an absolute artist!! My only problem know if that I'm from Chicago - either I'm going to have to visit Atlanta every few months or fly him here!!!! Awesome!

This past weekend I went to Michael at Studio Oliver for a haircut- the staff was really friendly and the place was comfortable. Michael knew exactly how to cut my hair and was a perfectionist- definitely the best haircut I've ever had. Oliver consulted with me about my color and I have officially changed salons!

Oliver at Studio Oliver in Midtown is the BEST haircut, color and style expert. I have been to so many salons (I am a hairdresser hopper) in the Atlanta area trying to get close to my office or childrens preschool and I always end up back in Oliver's seat. He gets in there and cuts it without losing anything. He looks at me, my hair and asks me questions and knows what to do with it and I get really excited when I get there for my appointment because I know it will look amazing when I get up and when I do it myself the next day. So many times after Oliver does my hair I can actually just wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and with little or zero work do nothing but run my fingers through it and it looks great. He has made my hair and my life easier. He is the best, He knows hair. If you want the best hair and the best you ever, visit Oliver!

I have been a client on numerous occasions because the head of hair I leave with is perfect. Oliver is religiously late. He often has more than one client in his chair(s) and one waiting in the wings. Oliver is genuine and talented, but that does not make up for his behavior-he needs to rethink his priorities. He exudes behavior that can be moody towards his employees which is intimidating if you are the client. His clients would be more faithful to him if he showed them the respect of being on time and not preoccupied with other influences. He is not always professional even though he expects a high level of professionalism from others. I would return if I were guaranteed that his level of professionalism was higher and if he realized that not all of his clients are there to hangout for a whole day.

I walked into the salon hoping to get a consultation. After my consultation, I felt comfortable enough with the stylist to let her cut my hair. She did a great job knowing exactly what I wanted, and demonstrated the knowledge of up-to-date hair cutting techniques. The staff was very friendly, and I really liked the appropriately conservative highlights I left with. I enjoyed my haircut/color experience. I'm new to the area, so I thought the services were a bit expensive. However, I didn't mind the cost when I walked out with a cute doo. There are so many new product lines out. It would be nice if this salon carried some of the more cutting edge products that match their hip style. Its been 5 days and I feel just adorable in my new haircut.
