I just concluded a very pleasant transaction with Windsor Jewelers! This purchase was over the phone and I dealt with an extremely attentive and patient sales representative named J.J. She dedicated an unbelievable amount of time to me and was always available for my calls. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment , and particularly J.J, to any potential customer! Well done!

I have been going to Windsor's for over 20 years. I have bought about four rings from there including my wedding rings. I have never had a bad experience with them as I have had things done there from having rings re-sized to having diamonds reset. Windsor's prices are very reasonable and they have quality items.

Last week end while visiting my parents at their beach house on St. Simons Island my mother's rolex stopped running. Because I was planning a trip to Augusta to buy supplies for my small business I offered to take the watch to Windsor Jewelers where it had been serviced in the past.When I parked my Mercedes in the parking lot I had no idea what was in store for me inside. After waiting at the back counter for several minutes Leslie asked if I needed help. After she looked at the rolex and explained the service fee was $495.00 she stated she needed an appraisal value of the watch. She tried several times to page someone to come do the appraisal and finally talked to Cleve about it. He stated the watch had an after market bezel and because of that they might not service the watch. I was told Windsor would never put a diamond bezel on a stainless and gold watch. Cleve then valued the rolex at $2000.00, the time before it was valued at $6500.00. My experience reminded me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, all I can say is, "BIG MISTAKE, HUGH, NOW I NEED TO GO SHOPPING.
P.S. My son has a GIA 2.1 karat diamond he wants to upgrade. JARED'S here we come.

After reading the post above, I didn't think they were talking about the same store, Windsor is amazing. The staff was really knowledgeable, helpful and they gave me a deal (I even compared prices with other stores) on both items that I bought.
While I was being helped the staff offered to clean my rings and told me that it was a common service (yes for free). I will never hunt for another local jeweler.
I'll be back, no doubt.

My experience was most unpleasent. They have advertised themselves as Augusta's premier jewelers, they are not. They are over priced and not completely honest in their dealings. They are not a good deal. I would not recommend them.
