I was surprised to read about the 2 unhappy customers from 2008 because we have been to Tim's 3 times in the last 3 months due to young male drivers in the family and we could not be happier with the high quality work, competitive price, quick turnaround, and the professional interaction with the owners and staff. A very nice touch is that we get the cars back spotless inside and out. We had no prior knowledge of Tim's or anyone who works there - they were recommended by R. Mayer tow truck company. We highly recommend Tim's.

My jeep was damage front right side n a hit and run accident..i found Tim's shop thru a list that our insurance gave us. I read the reviews on this shop and they werent really good! But i still decided to take my truck to them and give them a chance. Well our first initial contact was Stacy. He was really nice and informative of what he needed to do to get the estimate and how long he thought it would take them to fix it. Really a nice guy! Well we explained to him we were going on vacation and really needed my truck by that coming Friday! He gave aus a promised date of that Friday! And to our amazement we got it back a day earlier!! And was extremely excited and happy!! The job itself was amazing..again Stacy and his staff were all so kind..We left the shop and realize our air wasnt blowing and i thought oh no! But took it rihg tback and Stacy and his guys were amazing thye figured out the problem(loose wire..lol) and had us back on the road!! I would so go back to this shop and have disregarded all reviews before. I trully believe sometimes you just have to give people a chance. And we are glad we did!!! THANK YOU STACY, TRACY, AND STAFF YOU ALL WAS WAONDERFULL...!!!! :)

after 6 months of trying to work with them to get my car fixed, they were simply not interested in seeing it through. i had already paid for the repair, and as i was entitled to a full, satisfactory repair, i persisted to no avail. my car still looks like crap and they want nothing to do with helping me resolve this. they pretend to have great customer service skills when in fact they have none whatsoever. i am never going here again.

These guys are nice enough when you drop your vehicle off, but once they get the process underway, it's really slipshod. Some of the actual workers in the back know their stuff inside and out so it is entirely possible they can do a really good job on a vehicle that can honestly be repaired. \r\n\r\nMy experience was horrible, though not entirely their fault. They contributed to a terrible accident experience by being way too eager to go along with the insurance company's plan to repair an unrepairable vehicle. The made over $8000 on this deal and I had to take my car back to them because even though they had it for 45 days, it all looked completed at the last minute. \r\n\r\nEdges were rough, there was some sort of rough overspray all over the front end of the car (It was rear-ended). There were handprints that were either solvent eating into the clear coat, or something rough deposited from carelessness. I am STILL finding slack paint work and overspray that I don't know how to clean off. They even left out the entire wheelwell liner for the front driver side. I'm unsure why it would have been removed, but no matter: it could have been put back in. I found this while washing the car after getting it back the second time.\r\n\r\nThey REFUSED to do anything regarding actual mechanical damages. I complained about an oil leak and they ""looked at that"" when I returned the car to them. ""Danny"" (a real customer service gem ) said it was just oil from my last oil change. He had become nasty - in front of my wife - so I took my car back and had no more to do with them. I took the car to the dealer who found not 1 but 2 oil leaks. You'd think car people would know an oil leak from a stain. They even left out my driver's wheel well liner! I swear I can't make this stuff up.\r\n\r\nThere are PLENTY of other places to get your car fixed. Do yourself a favor: Keep shoppin'.

Pros: Observed to use proper replacement parts

Cons: Slouchy repair, still finding problems a year later.
