I bought my new F150 from Cherokee Ford in Alpharetta. The experience was great. No pressure, no game paying like I have experienced other times I bought new cars. The salesman went out of the way to find me the exact truck I was looking for. Great Experience!

I had to take my car to the dealership recently due to a service recall. I thought it would take a couple days for them to fix whatever the problem was but it only took about five minutes, if that. The people were very friendly and got the paperwork done quickly so I could be on my way. It was great.

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer for over 10 years. It has been a great car. My daughter drives it now and it has had some issues but we have been able to fix them. Recently, the car had a recall on it and we took it to Team Ford at Northpoint. Service was great and very fast! I know alot of people don't like Ford autos but I can't say anything bad - this vehicle has been great.
