When you ask for options they give a full range of options instead of only the highest priced options like many of their competitors do. Their work is guaranteed. If you ever have a question or concern you can ACTUALLY TALK to the OWNER - Mr. Ragsdale. This is a huge plus!!! I will only contact Ragsdale Heating, Air & Plumbing for my home.In the past I have dealt with one of their well advertised competitors and I ended up having to call Ragsdale to fix the mess the other company created. Ragsdale is honest, dependable and their technicians are experienced! A+++++

          I have been a Ragsdale Heating and Air customer for the past 10 years. It is always a pleasure to have their service technicians come to my home. They are always very respectful, and knowledgeable about any questions I may ask. I really like that I can call as late as 6:30pm and a real person answers the phone. Scheduling calls 6 days a week is very helpful too, it means I don't always have to leave work early during the week to have my system maintained. I had a new system installed last year, I was well pleased from start to finish! I would recommend Ragsdale Heating and Air to anyone.

This company was trying to charge me about $500 to repair our unit. Ragsdale came in assessed the repairs and found it to be something really minor...less than a hundred dollars. I have used them a few times over the years and would recommend putting them on your A-List.

When I lay out thousands of dollars on something, it had better be right...from start to finish.\r\n\r\nFrom the start, Ragsdale answered the phone with a real person...a big deal for me. Next, they handled my request with the needed urgency that made me feel like they were interested in solving my problem...no heat!\r\n\r\nFinally, they sent a crew of some of the most awesome guys I have ever seen.           After being a satisfied customer for over 7 + years, this recent call for emergency service has proven to be a case of ""what happened???\r\n\r\nAfter our air conditioner started blowing warm air, and since we've never had an issue with them, Ragsdale was called........\r\n\r\nMind you this was the first week of June, deemed as the hottest week so far this year.\r\n\r\nUnable to make it out the first day, a rep Jason arrived the 2nd and proceeded to made nasty comments on the state of our filter. He later concluded we needed a blade for AC.\r\n\r\nThe inside of our house was approximately 100% while we waited 5 DAYS for the part to arrive.\r\n\r\nIt was my fault for waiting 5 DAYS for a part to arrive when in 2009, if it's located, why should it take this long????\r\n\r\nUmmm....think FedEx or UPS overnight. \r\n\r\nJason was immature and unprofessional, in addition to the office female staff, who swore she stated the part would be in Thursday not Tuesday, as she stated earlier.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, due to my health, the heat induces medical aliments and I truly suffered those 5 1/2 days.\r\n\r\nAbsolutely, I was not the perfect docile customer and this tech Jason advised a neighbor who is in the same line of work, that I was a ""rattlesnake"" etc....\r\n\r\nUpon his returned he advised my husband how's he glad to work with him and not ""his wife"", me.\r\n\r\nThis ""rattlesnake"" of a wife keeps our house running singlehandedly and decides which businesses we use.\r\n\r\nYou are FIRED as Jason should be as well!\r\n

          I was a little hesitant to use them because their price was the lowest. They surprised me. The installers were very knowledgeable. After the install, a manager called me to ask how I felt about the job they did. On a warranty call to my house, the technician came out immediately and was thrilled to help even though it was not a pay call. Spending money to fix something is never fun but a company that makes you fell like you got your money worth is priceless. I most definitely recommend Ragsdale.

          I had them come out and look at my house and they used scare tactics on my wife and quoted not needed repairs for extreme amounts of money. Try a smaller company with less over head.

          Our builder used this company when we built our house 3 years ago. They came out quickly and did a great job installing our heat pump. We even had a small problem with the thermostat after we moved in and they came out free of charge with no hassles! Their technicians are nice and neat too! Definitely worth a call!
