The Goods
Squash Blossom carries mostly maintenance-free clothing, in fabrics such as cotton and linen. The style of this cozy boutique is decidedly casual and comfortable, with garments by Dickies, Flax and Stephanie Schuster. Gowns? Look elsewhere. But browse the shop if you're thinking khakis, sweaters, jeans and casual dresses. The prices, generally, are as easygoing as the merchandise. Artisan jewelry, handbags and shoes also are available, as are handcrafted "Little Souls" dolls by Gretchen Wilson.

My wife loves This boutique-style store. It carries beautiful women's clothing with the most unusual designs. Their fabrics come in very deep and rich colors and many of their fabrics look as if they are tie-dyed. Nice store though the prices are a little cheap

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Almost everything in the store is made of natural fibers and this helps for someone allergy prone like myself. You will not find itchy, frumpy clothes here, but instead beautiful, quality made pieces at low cost.

Refreshing

What a gem! My girlfriends reccomended this place to me and I am so glad they did. The owner and her dog are lovely and the selection caters to such a wide variety of women. Both my daughter and I find at least a few great items each time we shop here.
Pros: Great customer service and selection, prices are decent, and staff is helpful and friendly!

Squash Blossom

Squash Blossom provides an alternative to the chain retail stores which carry items mostly made in third-world countries. It's refreshing to find American & Canadian-made natural fiber clothing at affordable prices. The store space is also a treat for the senses with splashes of color and attractive displays throughout. Squash Blossom is a wonderful addition to the Decatur Square.

Squash Blossom caters to older women who don't want to dress like they've just walked out of a Rich's catalog. I imagine ex-hippies finding comfort in much of the linen and cotton everyday wear the store stocks. Though Squash Blossom caters to an older woman, younger women have a good chance of finding a cute jean skirt or top as well. The personal sales staff attention alone makes the store worth a visit.
