Kauffman Tire

My fiance recently had to get his tires changed on his Honda. Although at first he wasn't too happy about the price, he later felt good about his purchase. The tires were nice and they even threw in free full size spare! They set the tires professionally, mounted and balanced them, and it was a very smooth ride after that. I would lean either way if it came to recommending them, the prices aren't very comparable but the service is great.

PROS: Good service
CONS: pricey

I agree with the prior reviewer. This particular location is more concerned with making money than helping their customers. I was told I would have to wait three hours to get new tires, b/c their manager was in a meeting?? When I asked if they could pick up the tires at another store, he said sure after the manager comes back. When I advised them I was going to the other location they got very irrate that I was taking business from their location.

Having purchased from other Kauffman stores, I would advise anyone to NOT deal with this store location. Staff is only interested in the bottom line of your invoice. Incorrect information regarding product, even when asked specific questions by this customer. I may buy from Kauffman again, but NEVER again at this location.
