Belmont Place

First - admittedly I am upset right now writing this, that is why I am giving a 2 and not a 1. That aside, I am disappointed today, because I had to pay a late fee for my rent, for the first time in my life, because of the holiday weekend. The office was closed yesterday (labor day) and I couldn't pay my rent by credit card, my preferred method.

The apt staff said I could have paid online, but when I signed up, the aimco staff said it takes 24-48 hours to process my account, before I can make an online payment.

Considering that we have waited patiently for 3 weeks for several repairs to be done in our apartment, I am just surprised by the late fee today.

Belmont Place has a nice selection of floor plas to fit everyone's needs. Staff is not as helpful, just trying to sell so be prepared with lots of questions to make sure you get them all answered before settling on anything in particular. Good location near 75 and 285 for easy acces anywhere in town!
