We were promised a car at a certain price and when the car arrived the dealership refused to honor the price. Staff were unfamilar with product (Q: Where's the spare tire? A: That's a good question. Never did find out where the spare tire is located). This is only one of several questions that were left unanswered. Then they took our trade-in and shipped it out of the dealership before we even bought a new car. The deal falls through (because dealership refused to honor earlier commitment) and our car, which we still have title to, has been shipped across the state.
We will buy a car elsewhere and warn everyone we know to avoid Heyward-Allen Toyota at all costs. It's a shame because this was a great dealership in 2000. Something has changed for the worse.
