Covington Veterinary Clinic

My husband & I have lived in Oxford for over 8 years. We took our 2 dogs to Dr. Krueger for a few years. We ALWAYS had to wait at least an hour for our appointment. Dr. Krueger was unprofessional & unfriendly. He made us feel very uncomfortable, as if we were an inconvenience to him. We always left feeling frustrated & unsatisfied. When we found another vet here in Covington we were thrilled to leave his practice.

Dr. Krueger was terribly rude when I visited with my dog. He was rough, uncaring, and did not care at all about my concerns for my pet.
My dog and I have had previous vet experience, and never before had my dog been so frightened of the doctor. Dr. Krueger did nothing to calm my dog, he even acted like he had better things to be doing than seeing my dog.

Completely unprofessional staff that were also rude and unattentative. I have spoken with others, and they have had the same experiences. I would definitely give less than one star if possible.

We are long time residents of Covington, and prior to switching to Dr Krueger's practice, had been with another Covington vet for a number of years. Service at our old vet became spotty and more expensive, so we gave Dr Krueger a try. Never looked back! He is wonderful with our dogs ~ attentive, gentle, knowledgable. He recommended a diet change for them that has been beneficial, and has treated our siezure prone Border Collie calmly and competently.

His fees are very reasonable. We have been very pleased with our relationship with this vet office!

When we moved to Covington we started looking for a new vet. I left a message on three vet's voice mailboxes and Dr. Krueger's office was the first to return my call.

Although I don't believe he is taking any new ferret patients, he continues to see our two and he is very good at handling all of their routine needs.

His prices are very reasonable and while he isn't open on Saturdays, he does have some late appts available. He is also very quick to return emergency after-hours calls.
