Yeah everything seems fine because it looks new and everyone is nice when you're signing paperwork. The director turned out to be very rude and does not communicate with the parents. She's hardly ever there anyways. I do have to say that I loved my kids teachers. I did witness an older lady slapping the other kids hands when I went to pick up my kids which was not ok with me so I told my kids to let me know if that lady ever smacked them because that is not how you deal with toddlers. They do not work with you on tuition, the other person obviously was friends with someone there. My kids are no longer there and its for a reason. I miss the teachers but nothing else.
Not only were they very nice (staff), but I found them to be very accommodating. They were nice to my kids, and even worked around my schedule. When I couldn't afford to pay, they even showed me how to get help from the state. Very kind, attentive to children. Highly recommended!
