Kevin I have personally meet you several times! Please explain to me how a 37.5% increase is ok! The previous years increase was 0%. As far as your comment on below about the owners not knowing how the HOA operates, I have been on the HOA advisor board almost since the Nieghborhood was created. I would love to see the statics of your 4 out of 14000 upset! I believe it is much greater than that! The reason you may not have more complaints is because the lack of customer service your company provides; i.e. answer phones and email.Your staff does not take the time to call people back in a timely manner! We were with your company in the beginning and then transferred to another company, and then back unfortunately to your company! You do zero work for the fees you charge! Your job is the MANAGE a communities MONEY! is it not? Apart of that is collect the money from HOA members, you need to do a better job! Your company seems more interested in making money rather than maintaining our community.

So far whenever I have had a problem they were quick to fix it. Friendly customer service. I wish the pool was mainted better. Not sure if it is the residents or the managment company.
