Wachovia Bank

I have banked with Wachovia for the last six years. I haven't always agreed with their fees, but I can say that the few times we have had trouble with our accounts Wachovia was most helpful and took care of the problem. Anytime we have lost bank cards or checks they were very prompt about replacing and securing our personal information. For the most part I have found their employees to be kind respectful people who want to assist you. Just a few come to mind that I don't think should even work with the public because their skills were so insufficient. I guess I have been pleased with Wachovia's service overall.

PROS: Dependable service.
CONS: Too many unnecessary fees.
