As others have said, getting an oil change here is quick and inexpensive. However, I would shoot myself before I went back here for anything but routine service. I recently spent just under $150 for a seriously minor repair that they managed to turn into something more.
After 3 hours, I got AAA to come. He ran, at no cost, the same diagnostic tests for which the shop was charging me $85. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and proved that I didn't need the more expensive repair the people here were trying to sell me.
In tune.... I liked this particular auto care center because I was in and out quickly. I wasnt forced to wait for 4 hours for just a simple oil change. I will go back.
I enjoyed this shop! It was efficient and planned properly. Each end eery trip there has been a good one. I cannot wait to go back once again. I love it.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I started having crazy issues with my car and drove in here on a fluke.
It ended up being a pretty serious problem, but Naim went out of his way to get the parts I needed. He even drove all the way to Stone Mountain during business hours to get the parts & worked past closing so I could have my car ready that evening.
I've had issues with car places in the past, but everyone here went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I'm really glad I found this place and will definitely be back for all future car maintenance!
I would give this place 0 stars if Citysearch would allow me! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT PERFORM AND THE OWNER NAM PATEL IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went there on Feb 8 and paid for the Premium Oil Change, a few wks ago my car sputtered but would not start when I turned the ignition key, I pumped the gas pedal and tried again and luckily it did start. It happened again later on in the day. Then it didn't happen again until yesterday (it happened 2 more times and then was fine the next day). I brought my CRV to an auto mechanic who specializes in Hondas today and he hooked it up to the computer (the computer showed nothing wrong), so then he spent 2 hrs checking everything in the car to find out what the problem was. Spark plugs, etc were all fine EXCEPT THE AIR FILTER WAS FILTHY. He explained that when an air filter is extremely dirty, then if clogs the fuel line or something like that and when I pressed on the gas it let more fuel through). So my point to this is that I had paid Precision Tune for a Premium Oil Change last month and part of this service should have included checking the air filter (which they obviously didn't do but charged me for it). I went there after I picked up my car to show Nam the air filter and ask for a credit on the oil change since they did not do what they charged me for and because of their neglect it cost me $115. He was extremely rude and actually called me a B*&#@ among other things. SPREAD THE WORD - DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Precision tune Auto care located on Chesire Bridge road is the most horrible auto care service center in town. Please do not patron this establishment unless you want poor customer service, no accountability for mistakes and substandard service! I can not say more than that.........awful experiences.
I can't waste my life a minute more thinking or writing about these horrible people. All I can tell you is please save yourself the time, money, and unprofessionalism of this place!!
They fixed my car when I was having major problems with it, and did a great job. I would recommend them highly. They are reasonably priced, but quality is what counts more.\r
Good courteous service in a timely manner. I rate them for that.
