The apartments are well kept and the maintenance staff and office staff are fast and friendly. We also have a great pool and volleyball area that is perfect for having friends over for a BBQ - a little pricey, but definitely worth it - I love my sun room!

I've currently lived at Calibre Brooke Apartments for about 8 months now. I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to help out. Every apartment complex has a few things that can be improved upon. The biggest complaint is the small number of washer and dryers. The maintenance staff is fast and courteous. It's a little pricey but partially because of the great location. As far as everything else is concerned, it's a great place to live.
