I had a chipmunk chew my wires on my furnace and Adrian came on sunday to fix it. The next day it happened again. Adrian came and fixed it again for NO CHARGE. The next day it happened again ! Adrian came out and fixed it again NO

We've dealt with this firm for more than 10 years and had no problems at all with their service or attitude. As a matter of fact, they were instrumental in resolving a serious issue we had with Rheem several years ago. We have a service contract on our furnace and a/c and see either Tommy or Adrian twice a year. Sharon calls to remind us that it's time for them to come check our units and they've always come (usually calling to let us know they're on their way) when we make the appt. No one's perfect, of course, but we've been very satisfied.

I paid for a one year maintenance agreement which included 2 maintenance calls. They provided one but refused to honor the second one because 12 months had expired since I purchased the contract. So they basically took my money and then did not provide the service that I paid for. When I asked the owner if she was OK with losing an established customer because of a $60 maintenance call she actually laughed and said yes. It was ridiculous.
