Overrated. The burgers are too greasy and very well put-together. Customer service is poor to average at best. Not very fast, fries could be better. Shakes are the best thing there.

The owner is a greedy, clueless fellow...who is unfortunately pretty good at getting Atlantians to think his burger is the best thing going. I say no!

this place is absolutely ridiculous. The delivery? forget about it. They will always tell you it will be an hour and a half. an hour and a half? And of course everything is cold and disgusting. I live about 3 blocks away. to avoid this, I opted to pick up my order. Apparently they "deliver" until 2am but close at 9pm! And I think they only do that so they can rent out their parking spaces for the club next door. If you want to be a parking garage be a parking garage. But closing a burger joint and only delivering cold a** food (after having people wait for hours) until 2am is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. This place is horrible. If you don't want to be highly irritated, stay far far away.

All the reviews about this place are on the money. The delivery service is so horrible. I try not ordering, but at 1am there's not a whole lot of options. always count on cold fries, food will never be warm, and the employees, they leave so much to be desired. When trying to call and place an order, they will leave you on hold indefinately. i often wonder what kind of employee you get for minimum wage, well call burger joe's and you'll figure it out....sad thing is the food is kinda good......good luck.

Read six reviews. Two stated they couldn't get the order correct. Most said the burgers were good, amidst other complaints, so I took a chance. At the Midtown store I order a bacon cheeseburger & fries. Not checking my order before I left, on the way home I ate the delicious fries; it's way pass dinner & I'm starving. I also ate one half of what I thought was a bacon cheeseburger. It tasted odd & did not have bacon. Once home, I ate the remainder of the burger, thinking that it wasn't so great. I checked my receipt & it said turkey burger, which I do not like. I called the Midtown location, spoke w/the manager, who asked me where was the other half of the burger. I told him that I ate it because of hunger. I did not get the correct order & the primary reason for going was because of hunger. He asked me what I wanted him to do? I could not believe he was asking me that. He offered another burger if I was willing to come & get it. Why would I want another burger the same night? It would've made more sense to offer a correct order upon my next visit. He said I could talk to the owner the next day.
I did speak w/the owner, telling him how I came to this point. He told me that he did not want to hear about the six reviews, just tell him of my complaint. I did & again was asked about the burger half. I told him that we should not have had that conversation, saying in essence that had I complained to a main stream restaurant, I probably would have received an apology & an offer to correct the mistake at my convenience. He made it seem as though I was trying to get over on him. The conversation ended w/me telling him to take the burger &... He told me to... Never again. I'd rather drive a little farther to Fuddrucker's & feel secure that if there's a problem, it will be dealt w/swiftly, fairly & courteously. Pay attention to reviews. For me it was a bought lesson!

Pros: I don't like turkey burgers, but of the 3 I've eaten, it was the moistest.

Cons: Customer service is really, really bad. Perhaps some training in this area is needed.

I waited over an hour for my delivery until the "manager", who had told me he was in his car on his way to deliver my food, called me and told me he was still at the store and was not going to deliver because I was just out of the 4.5 mile radius for delivery. Sure wish they would have told me that when I ordered! There was no apology, no nothing. The owner will be getting a call from me...but if he's anything like his employees, he won't see a problem with it. I will tell everyone I can to stay away!

The location is small, but the food packs a big punch. The fries were great and we had hard time finishing the meal! If you don't mind servers who do not like talking, you got to try this place.

We order for lunch at work every so often. They usually botch the order or forget items. Today we waited for 2 hours for our food; called several times and were told different stories about how it should be there in 5 minutes. Needless to say the fries were a bit soggy from sitting "somewhere" for 2+ hours. The "manager" herself delivered our food and thanked us for our patience. Too bad the burgers are so good because it is painful to get delivery from these guys. We are lobbying to change the name to "Burger No's" or "Burger Blows". Good luck!

Today we waited for 2 hours for our food; called several times and were told different stories about how it should be there in 5 minutes. I've ordered no less than 10 times with Joes. This last order I requested extra ketchup and even told the guy please don't forget since I always ask for it and it doesn't come. I also ordered honey mustard for the chick sand and he asked if I want it on side on on top. I said the side. I didn't get that either. I told the driver the order was wrong and the driver stated they screw up every order and he get tons of complaints. It's too bad since the food itself is excellent.
