I was a loyal customer; my daughter took two sessions of swim lessons. I called to sign up for a 3rd session and I was told that there was only ONE spot open but that I could NOT pay over the phone or online. So, I hopped in my car & drove an hour to register & pay in person. When I asked about the Spring schedule (so that I could pre-pay), the owner said that she hadn't created the schedule for Spring, that it would be completed "some time in Sept" & that I should just check the website everyday for the schedule. I'm solution oriented so I asked: Do you have a mailing list I can join to get a notification when the new schedule drops? "NO". Can you give me one courtesy call since I live an hour away and the first come, first serve, we don't take payments over the phone policy doesn't work for me? "NO" Can I pay in advance; receive a store credit and then call in my preference when the Spring schedule is released? "NO." The owner offered no solutions. She said the ownership was on the parents to check the website...tasteless. She was very ambiguous, not customer service oriented, stoic and stone faced as though I was frustrating her. Customer NO service. This inconvenience, coupled with the fact that there are no make up classes (see previous reviews), has frustrated many moms. Other moms warned me but, I heard dive center were great for teaching swimming. Regardless, I will never return! Make it easy for customers to be customers please. Offer online payments or over the phone payments, a full 9 month schedule (for parents planning after school activities) or a solution for loyal customers to pre-register/pay in advance. The swim lessons were good but, if I can't register with ease or convenience/if you appear to not appreciate my business...we won't do business. I declined to register my daughter and decided to go with SwimAtlanta; they have a complete 9 month schedule with accept online payment options (no ambiguity; no inconveniences).

Instructors are great, but once you pay you better pray you do not have any emergency or need to change your schedule. They are very unwilling to work with you.

As the other reviewer wrote about schedule changes due to sick kids or other scheduling issues I DO NOT recommend this place. Even if it does not effect their normal business or scheduling, once they get your $$$ they are not willing to work with you as their customer on any conflicting changes. Even if you just left the building 30 min. ago and the lessons are not for another 2 months they will not work with you!!!!!

We recently took our dive certification at the center. Chris was our instructor and I could not have been happier with the entire experience. The service was perfect, they arranged our classes outside the regular schedule to accommodate our schedule. They were very knowledgable and helpful in our equipment selection and made us feel right at home! Thank you for a job well done!

I recently purchased 4 weeks of private swim lessons for my son. We were told before they ran our card that the lessons were non-refundable, which I completely understand. Unfortunately my son has developed a cold since then. I've called to reschedule his first swim lesson (due to the fact he has a constant runny nose), only to find out that I've lost my $25. I made the call 4 days before the actual swim lesson. I asked the owner to reconsider. I do not want my money back. I would just like to reschedule to keep other children from getting sick. I personally have a problem with getting a sick child out around other people. She said it was their policy not to do that. I'm writing this review in hopes it will inform other parents. If you have a small child, don't pay for the lessons in advance. You never know when they might get sick and you will not get you money back.

We have used Peachtree Dive Center for swim lessons for our kids. The clasess were small enough for them to get the proper attention. We were pleased with the results. They offfer different level classes. We have not done the scuba diving, but they are always posting trips if you want to utilize your training. They also offer times for you to have birthday parties there. Since it is an indoor pool, it is great fun to have a winter swimming party!
