My father in law recommended this store to buy my wife a wedding present. He said he'd been using them for years and they'd treat me fairly.

They most certainly did. The manager was helping me choose a pendant for my wife, and she wasn't pushy or trying to cajole me into a higher price category than I could afford. They have a small, but good, selection of gifts, and she assured me that if Jen didn't like whatever I bought (she loved it) than we could bring it back in and exchange it.

Where in jewelry do you get that kind of service? She even gave me a small pewter decorative box to put it in. Wonderful store and people. It is a little out of the way though.
