This so-called salon is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and inadequate salon I have ever been to.
They lured me in with the $50 weave, then when I got there they told me I had to have a coupon( which was not on the newspaper flyer) and that I had to get my hair washed which was an additional charge and if I got my hair styled or clipped it was an additional charge.
BAIT & SWITCH which is illegal in advertising
The owner came in to the salon to count receipts and opened the cash drawer( located in the middle of the salon) in front of customers and started counting money and calling the stylists from their customers to find out what was on tickets. This was in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday, she didn't care about taking stylists from their clients.
The stylists were talking amongst themselves, having conversations on cell-phones, while doing hair they didn't greet customers coming in or once in their chairs. Some of the stylists couldn't answer basic questions about hair care or how to maintain the hair when customers asked. They all did the same hairstyles without asking how you wanted it styled. They all had different ways of doing weaves and if you wanted a full head with no hair left out they acted like you were speaking a foreign language. They talked about the customers as they left in front of other customers and they talked about other stylists that weren't there.
It took too long to braid my hair and my stylist couldn't braid, I had to wait til someone else was finished to get it braided. Why pick me to do my hair if you knew you couldn't braid. The weave came out OK but I had to go home and let my sister cut it because I refused to pay for stuff that wasn't listed.
This shop and all the ones associated with them (i've been to 3 different ones in hopes of getting better service) that advertise the $50 weave care nothing about return customers, I guess getting one-time customers is enough for them.
Customer Service sucks, my bad there is no customer service. They should have uniform training and the stylists need to learn that when a client is in the chair or waiting area, there conversations should focus on the client or nothing at all.
They are not worth the cheap price. If I could give them ZERO points for stars I would.
Save your money and go to a salon that cares and appreciates its clients.
