Reviews for Team Nissan of Marietta

Ratings_icons Team Nissan of Marietta offers outstanding customer service!

Mark F.

We became disenchanted with Honda after our last purchase in 2003. We bought a new Sentra from Team Nissan in 2006 and have been pleased ever since. The customer service both at the time of sale and with routine maintenance has been a breath of fresh air. Special thanks go to Joey Lenis for his assistance during our last visit.

Ratings_icons Team Nissan of Marietta has great service.

I have my Titan serviced at this Nissan dealer. I did not purchase the vehicle here but they treat me as if I did. The staff is very helpful and extremely nice. I have had bad experiences at other dealers so it is nice to actually receive customer service. I would recommend Richard Philadelphia in the service department to anyone that is needs a reliable and helpful contact.

Ratings_icons Excellent Service - Look for Michael and Morgan!

Autumn H.

Although, I had no intention on buying a new car, I was very impressed with the service I received! My fiance had been trying to get a car for over a year and went to several dealers that were pushy, rude and gave us the run around. Team Nissan was not only able to trade my car but they were able to get my 2 roomies in a new car as well. I would highly recommend working with Michael Rezi and Morgan Kitchen - both were genuinely helpful, considerate, attentive, and fulfilled all of their promises. I have never received such great service from a dealership which made it just that easy to get the car! Thank you again Michael and Morgan, I owe you guys! Will recommend you to everyone...

I knew I wanted to buy a new Nissan Versa. I started out at Town Center Nissan, but quickly grew tired of their pushy salespeople and uncomfortable sales tactics. My dad suggested that we try another Nissan dealership, Team Nissan of Marietta, because he saw an ad for them in the paper.

When we pulled up we were greeted by Michael Rezi, who was nice, savvy, and fun to deal with. He didn't pressure me or push me into anything I didn't want or need, which means a lot. The two days I spent looking at different cars ended with Michael traveling to the Lithia Springs location to get the exact car I wanted.

I was treated great at Team Nissan, and I made sure to tell the salesman at Town Center Nissan (for he called me over and over for 4 days) how I was much happier with Team Nissan of Marietta.
Michael, Dustin, Morgan and Larry all helped my select and finance my first car. It was a somewhat arduous process on my end, and they made sure I had all the information I needed to intelligently select a vehicle. Thanks Team Nissan!
Happily,
Sarah Fagan

Ratings_icons Team Nissan DO NOT PURCHASE CAR

PALMIRA B.

This dealership is a rip off, I bought a car and one week later the check engine light came on had the problem fixed two days later the check engine light came on again and the car shut down. This is a car that they said they performed diagnostic test on before selling. They refused to fix the car and I even asked just to split the cost of the repair and they refused. Dealers like this that make it hard to trust car dealers. One week after purchasing my car it can no longer drive.

Ratings_icons AWESOME SERVICE

Jason W.

The sales associate I dealt with was on top of his game. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of every car we looked at. He was very patient and helpful from showing the cars to doing the paperwork. I've had my truck for about 18 months now and my car for 6 months and he has called multiple times to make sure everything is satisfactory and to check on any service needs. With that said my last purchase was a 2008 Nissan Altima and its been a fantastic car with good gas mileage. If your looking to purchase a new vehicle call Wayne Parker with Team Nissan of Marietta. It will be a great experience.

Satisfied Customer,
Jason Wheeler

Ratings_icons Lying salespeople

I called regarding an advertised vehicle, knowing it was probably sold. It was still available, but didn't have air. Oh, well. Then the salesman became beyond pushy, he became a liar. I told him to forget the matter.

I just received a call from the same salesman. He was unprofessional, didn't know what I was looking for (despite my having had told him earlier), and then became outright rude. I asked him a question 3 times in succession, and when I said "can you answer my question first?" his comment was what question. I then asked for the sales manager. He stated that he was the sales manager. Another lie. I pushed it until he admitted he wasn't and would transfer the call. Surprise!!! I got disconnected.

By the way, I was once in sales with other car salesmen who could be pushy also, but we were trained to never lie. It is acceptable to not answer a question, and I understand it's a tough business. But I will NEVER believe a word uttered from a Team Nissan salesman

Ratings_icons Worst Experience

Lucy W.

My friend went to Nissan Team of Marietta and yes she was kept waiting for
almost 4hrs by then was exhausted and just at that time was met with all
this paper work to sign, yes I know you should read but am thinking a clean
salesman or finance manager should take time to also explain to you what
you are signing. All in all she advised them that she needed to finance the car using her own bank but despite this one of the papers she had signed was to request for a loan from a bank of their choice. When she went calculated the rate of insurance and the monthly cost, she knew she could not manage to make the payments at that particular time, so the following day she called to tell them she could not purchase the car at that time. OH DEAR! HELL BROKE LOSE, she was met by an unprofessional manager advising her that she had signed the documents and the car belonged to her. The manager actually threated to tow the vehicle to her place (thats without insurance by the way). The following day I advised her to go back there and see if she could talk to a Senior Manager or the CEO of the company and yes she did meet some professional people this time. The most surprising thing is that on top of her folder it said, contract pending till customer brings check. That means they had heard her say she wanted to use her own bank, so why they tried to force the car on her remains a mystery, why they insisted that their is nothing they could do, I have no idea, surely a little piece of spoiled meat spoil the whole broth, what would make me ever want to shop there, or even refer someone. You forget that maybe I could cancel a deal but yes due to a good experience I got, I would be quick to refer someone

Ratings_icons Great Service and Sales

McArthur S.

I have had 3 Nissans to date, the last two I bought at Team. They have done all of my service and the service people are the best I have ever met. My most recent salesman (Dave) did an incredible job with getting me the options I wanted without having to wait for a custom created car and it was the best experience I have ever had.

I would recommend them to anyone!

Ratings_icons Great Salesmen

I had a very pleasant experience when I purchased my Altima from team Nissan. I was still undecided at whether I wanted a sedan or an SUV and my salesman was very patient and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all like I have at many dealerships and when I was ready to buy I feel I got a fair deal.

My new car got door dinged after only three days, I went in to talk to the service manager about getting it touched up and they fixed it for me on the spot at no cost.

I was very happy with my entire experience at Team Nissan and would definitely recommend them.

PROS: Patient Salesmen, Great Customer Service

I take my Nissan Altima to Team Nissan for regular maintenance such as oil changes, etc. and also for repairs when needed. My main complaint has to do with the Service Managers; nearly every time I've been there I am the only customer waiting to drop-off or pick-up my car, and nearly every time there are two or three Service Managers on-hand who manage to avoid acknowledging my presence for as long as they possibly can. I got so tired of feeling invisable that I now have my husband take my car in so that I don't have to deal with them. Otherwise, they do a fine job.

Team Nissan is a nice place to buy a new or used vehicle. They offer competitive prices for the area and are there to make your purchase one that you won't forget.

Ratings_icons Try another dealer first!

Kenneth W. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,869

Boy, I did not have a good experience with Team Nissan. They kept telling me they could get me a better deal, and they actually kept me at the dealership for 6 hours! I should have left, but they were really sneaky about keeping me there, and in the end they gave me the worst offer Ive had and scoffed in my face when I wouldnt accept it. The dealership is nice, and they have a good selection, but I still would never go again.

Ratings_icons Salesmen that are just "too cool for school."

Khalil J. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,670

I was ready to buy my 350Z. I had my checkbook ready, and I knew exactly which model, trim level, and color I wanted. I even had a NAME picked out for the new, 300+ horsepower love of my life.

I of course wanted to test drive one last time before making my decision. Admittedly, it was going to be for fun since I was going to buy a coupe. I wanted to drive a convertible, and I guess the salesman could tell I wanted to have a little fun. In his defense, I wasn't going to buy a convertible. But in my own, I had every intention of leaving with a coupe.

His attitude, however, left a lot wanting. He was something of a big shot-wannabe who didn't have time or patience for "little people" like me. It's a shame he wasn't a little more friendly or down to earth. He might have had my commission--I was so ready to buy that I would have paid the invoice price.

You win some, you lose some, I suppose. Team Nissan will have to show some major incentive for me to return. It's a good thing their cars are amazing--if their business was hinged on personality, it would be a dark day for their profit margins.

PROS: Good selection, nice variety of cars.
CONS: Overly-stuffy salesmen who don't treat you like you should be treated
