The Howard Center for Womens Health

I absutely was mislead intirely about the procedure I was having and the hospital that it was performed at. The doctor actually LYED to me about the place that he performed the hystorectomy. Told me it was a 'womens specialty clinic'
Thats what he called 'Irwin county hospital' which is where he does some of his procedures. Now its a little too late for me, BUT please be VERY careful about what your getting yourself into here!
I have been told lies and basically ignored since my surgery.
Such a shame that i thought i could trust this man.
The alarms should have went off in my head when I met his Nurse practioner or P.A. whichever she is.
SHE is VERY self centered and rude to say the least. Maybe thats part of why the staff there had such a nasty attitude as well. If i had to work around her i would hate my job too.

I totally agree with the other posts here.
I am one week out of surgery for a hysterectomy.Dr. Drew and staff are great.This rating would have actually been a 5 star rating if one staff member there had not ruined my entire experience with this establishment.The 'nurse practioner' Bonnie? I believe her name is. She unfortunately just does not have the same attitude and friendliness about her as the rest of the staff. Its a shame really because one person with a 'smaller step up the scale position' CAN indeed turn someone away from an otherwise very professional and friendly atmosphere.
Especially if you have to go there not knowing if you will have to see the person, that you normally would absolutely dread having to come in contact with.I will probably be changing doctors soon due to the NP that I end up having to deal with instead of the wonderful doctors that are there. Its really a shame when someone lets a position 'go to their head.'

Dr. Drew and his wonderful staff LISTENED to me, and carefully explained to me how best to fix my women's health issues, and considered what I had to say about the whole process. How incredibly empowering! I left another practice for this office, and do not regret it. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are careful, efficient, knowledgeable, concerned and caring, and I received great care during my surgery and recovery. I feel better than I have in years.

The Howard Center is a great choice for anyone in the Tifton area looking for a good OB/GYN during their pregnancy. The staff was always very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff at The Howard Center is absolutely amazing. I went through a very difficult twin pregnancy. The staff made me feel as though I were their only patient. They always took the extra time to reassure me and listen to my concerns. There is no other!

Dr. Kaylor and Drew Howard delivered my daughter and I am so happy with them and my care. Very friendly and professional staff. The nurses treat you like they've known you forever. The CNP's on staff are the greatest and so friendly and gentle. Beautiful office. They are real busy most of the time so the waiting room time is usually long but it's well worth it for the quality of care that you get.
