I ordered funeral flowers for the father of a co-worker on Monday, the family visitation was Thursday, general visitation 11-9 Friday, and funeral on Saturday. I was told they would take care of everything, they would call the funeral home get the arrangements and get the flowers there in plenty of time. Friday at 4 pm there were no flowers and when I called I was told I could pay an express fee to get them there sooner otherwise they would get there before visitation was over,"they were extremely busy." I ordered on Monday thinking it would be plenty of time. When I called back to cancel the order they couldn't find the order, no order for the funeral home, co-worker's father's name, nor our company name and no order placed on Monday then after 5 minutes of pressing that I did place the order I was told that it was "on the truck." I was neutral and polite and never given any courtesy or decent responses. They acted like they were doing me a favor and I was asking for something special. I don't want to even imagine what the flowers looked like, the staff treated me like a throwaway and I placed an $80.00 order. I highly recommend finding another florist that will appreciate your business because these people just seem bitter.
