I took my lawn mower in for repair. 2 days later, Tiger Griggs calls and says my lawn mower is ready to be picked up. When I get there to pick it up, which is about 2 hours after they called me, I learn that they had given my lawn mower to the wrong customer. I told them, " Let me get this straight, you f@cked up by giving my lawn mower to the wrong person?" Oh, they had a fit cause I used the 'f" word to describe their mistake. I ask who the manager is and Christy Griggs identifies herself as manager and tells me that kind of language is not going to be permitted. I told her I wouldn't be using that kind of language if they hadn't f@cked up and gave my lawm mower to the wrong person. I told she was a pretty sorry manager if she lets her employees give my lawn mower to another customer. She then called her husband Trae Griggs from the back who came out and bumped chest with attempting to be intimidating. I left because he was looking for a fight. An hour later they called and said they had my lawn mower but refused to deliver,even though I had already driven across town once to get it. I posted my experience on Facebook and the harassment started with Tiger Griggs attempting to friend me on Facebook so he could get in on the thread that was bashing him and his Dad's business for giving my lawn mower away, I blocked him. Then his Dad, Trae Griggs who is one of the owners, sends me an email on Facebook calling me a coward because I wouldn't fight him in his business. The harassment continued with him calling my cell phone and sending what I considered threatening messages. Bottom line, if you're not satisfied, you're going to get bullied by this @sshole. There are other lawn mower repair places in Columbus and if you're smart, you won't use this one.

I don't see how they stay in business. God forbid you need a part. It's like pulling teeth. The guy up front has an attitude. I won't ever buy anything from them again. I just go on the other side of the river to better customer service.

THis is not a good place to buy equipment. It almost always has a problem and it is a hassle trying to get the equipment fixed or exchanged. The prices ar ehigh too.

we bought a Go Cart from hamilton hardware (same company) nothing but problems and a total waste of money , they tried to blame me for all of the problems, !!! never have I had so many problems with all of everything I have bought put together ! I will never do business with them for anything else ever !!!

In april i bought a snapper top of line mower ,had several problems with it took it back for the third time . Only three months old it has a bent valve . So me and my family has got to pay to have the motor reworked becouse they at hamilton equipment says it was a maintenence probem.I will be putting out fliers around there erea with my website Info.Before you purchase any thing from here it want cost you anything just to read it. On mon. I will be getting in touch with the BBB to put out a complaint about this dealership .I want stop till i get a new mower whitch me and my family deserves . My other snapper i bought from this boys daddy lasted for 12 years.Skip stood behind it with pride unlike his son. But thats what happens when you give a kid every thing . I also paid to have my weedeater fixed but i guess months later the parts never came in so i paid $96 and still no carb filter or cover so thats doing the custamer fair isnt it . I have receipts and the equipment where we was done wrong and i will post it all on my site. go to myspace martinpainting42@yahoo.com .

I have not purchased any lawn equipment from here but I have used their repair service. They did a great job. The price was right and the work was done fast. i will use them again in the future.
