This hotel is attached to the mall, and is very convenient if you are wanting to stay in the Buckhead area. Since it is attached to the mall there are plenty of places to eat and shop close by. Also great for business stays since Marta is across the street.

Other then the Grand Hyatt, this hotel provides business travelers with the most spacious rooms, aminities and a first rate staff of any hotel in Atlanta. The rooms are oversized and the hotel is designed around the business travler with a fantasitc fitness facility, restuarant and is connected to lenox mall. My second favorite hotel in atlanta to stay in

Pleasurable Visit

I had the opportunity to visit Atlanta on business from San Francisco. Found the JW Marriott on Citysearch and learned it was right near my business meetings. I was pleased with the room, the service of the staff, the bar/food and that a Starbucks was on property.
I will make sure to return to this property again.

The place to be...

The JW Marriott is definitely the spot to be if you have business or pleasure in the Buckhead area. It's the top of the line of Marriott Hotels and has an extraordinary level of service. Rooms are well-appointed with "working" amenities such as high speed internet access...all beds are triple sheeted and quite comfy. Check-in can sometimes be a "bear" as the hotel does tend to attract conventioneers, but the wait is worth it. The food is great and even room service is reasonably priced. Quick access to the Lenox Mall (entrance from within the hotel) makes it easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.
Pros: great location, great service
Cons: expensive parking
