Everyone's looking for the perfect haircut and the best hair designer - Sheb at Paragon Salon is a diamond in the rough!......I am from Wisconsin and dating a gentleman from Atlanta. On my latest visit, I was in need of a hair repair solution from a bad hair coloring experience. My friend said you cannot mess around with anyone less than the best when it comes to hair and said there is only one person to have work on your hair, Sheb at Paragon Salon. He called the salon noting my hair repair needs. Sheb invited me to come in so he could accurately know how long it would take and what needed to be done. He was able to schedule me for the next day, thus saving my weekend. Sheb took the time to notice and discover what would look the best on me while working with a very poor original haircut and color catastrophe. He identified my most striking facial features, designed a haircut and color that emphasized my eyes and made me look younger. Priceless! Sheb gave me a precision haircut that took me from the eighties to today's trendiest look. I gave him the go ahead to do what he wanted with my hair and I am so glad I did. It is definitely the best haircut, color and style I have ever had. The entire salon experience was beyond my expectations. The staff was attentive, positive and entertainingly pleasant to visit with. The space is beautiful, with modern furniture, dark wood accents and loft ceilings with lodge style chandeliers. A unique look that goes with the vibe. The staff welcome you with a smile and offer you to make yourself comfortable when you arrive.

Rosvelt did my hair-highlights, low lights, which was a first for me. I have now vowed to never visit another salon. He and all of the staff there cater to what you want, offer suggestions that would work well with your complexion. If you are nervous, they move slow and go at your own comfortable speed. I have truly found my new salon home after searching in Atlanta for 2 years.

I have been going to Paragon since they opened and i can't imagine going anywhere else. There are all fantastic people and as a plus do fabulous hair. Before going to Paragon my hair was extremely overworked. Other stylists and other salons made my hair look nice but in the process...damaged it! Once i went home and washed my hair and all the spray and curls came out, it looked fried and crazy. Brenda makes my hair look beautiful while stil maintaining the integrity of my hair. Brenda....you are terrific!

The people at Paragon are like family. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere and is in a new really cool location. If you are sick of jumping from one salon to another looking for a great stylist or when you are done getting your hair done and you're thinking 'what the heck did they do to my hair?!' look no further!Trust me!!! You won't be disappointed!

So I'm not only obsessed with Rosevelt (stylist at Paragon), I'm also in love with Paragon's new location. It's so gorgeous- a posh, relaxing atmosphere that has incredible views of midtown.

Back to Rosevelt- he is really a hair genius- he specializes in special event do's and makeup (he did Kim Kardashian's makeup when he worked in Beverly Hills!)
He's really fantastic all around. He did my hair and makeup for my friend's wedding last spring and has been cutting/coloring my hair ever since. He's especially great with long hair. Love him and this salon!

Highly recommend if you're looking for a new salon/stylist.

A few months ago I moved to the Atlanta area, so I needed to find a local stylist. Because I also was interested in getting my hair thermally reconditioned, I searched for salons that offered that service, as well. Luck was with me: I found Paragon Salon and Crystal! The salon is wonderful (everyone who works there is so friendly!), and Crystal is a total professional! The thermal reconditioning made my hair so healthy and manageable, and the cut was beautiful. I just went back for my second hair cut with Crystal, and the second cut was every bit as good as the first. I can't recommend Paragon and Crystal enough.

Jason is the color GOD. My hair is always perfect, he makes me look and feel like a million bucks! Need I say more?? Crystal cuts my hair and I have never had a better cut, EVER! She is extremely talented. I am so glad I found them, they are AMAZING!! This is THE BEST HAIR SALON in Atlanta, PERIOD.

Crystal is the girl to see if you're like me and need to get rid of the frizzy curls. She is thorough and VERY careful with hair. My hair turned out so silky straight. It looks so healthy, and I love it! I can just wash and go. Heaven! If this is something you're considering, do it. And do it with Crystal!

I've been seeing Crystal at Paragon for 6 months now and my hair has never looked so amazing! She is honestly a miracle worker. All the friends I've sent to her completely agree. She really listens to what I want and takes extra time out to make sure it's exactly right. She has such an eye for color, which is rare to find, and always knows the perfect way to cut my hair. I have been going to Paragon for about 5 months and Brenda is amazing. I had Invisilocs extensions put in and couldn't be happier. She does a fantastic job styling my hair and I look like a million bucks when I leave the salon. The salon is BEAUTIFUL, tranquil and I enjoy every visit there. They even have TV's built into the mirrors so that you can watch Fashion TV while your stylist is working on your hair! The do NOT double book so when you have an appt. it's all about you. HALLELUJAH I've found a salon for life!

I have been a client of Paragon Salon for over 2 years. I am 100% pleased with the total salon experience I receive at Paragon. The atmosphere is so inviting.....everyone there is fantastic. I highly recommend all the stylist at the salon. SHEB is my personal stylist. He is fantastic with color, cut, and style. BRENDA is my daughters stylist.....she is wonderful!! I enjoy every visit to the salon. Not only do I have a great time, I leave there looking and feeling TERRIFIC!!!

But after taking a trip to Paragon Salon I realized I had found the perfect Salon.The salon atmosphere is amazing. Brenda is GREAT. The girl really knows how to do some hair. I found Paragon after working my way through a number of (bad) stylists. The first time I visited Jason - who works wonder with color - I had a horrible color job and was pretty cynical, thinking I would never find someone that could get it right. Jason listens to what you want, considers the essentials like facial structure and skin tone, and gives you his suggestions. The result? Fabulous color that compliments your face and makes you love your hair (perhaps after a long history of frustration!). I've also had cuts with Joseph who is also wonderful with listening and making the most out of your particular type of hair. Everyone in the salon has been friendly, fun, and provide great service in a relaxed atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoy what they are doing. I have ridiculously thick hair that can be unruly and time-consuming - I've never felt rushed or pressured. Also, after going to many a salon where I get hounded to buy their products - I've never felt sales pressure at Paragon - which is nice! So...get yourself over to Paragon...you won't be disappointed!

Paragon Salon is the best salon I have come across in a long time. I have been going there for years. Jason is my colorist, and he is amazing. I trust him 100%! He knows what he is doing and will always make you look your best. When it comes to your hair color, make sure you use Jason, he always leaves you wanting more...

I have never been able to trust someone fully with my hair. The first time I let Crystal cut my hair was when I donated it for Locks of Love. We cut off more than 10 inches and I was a little nervous about the whole thing. All I had to tell her was that I wanted a simple bob that could grow out easily. And the next thing I knew my hair was exactly like I pictured it in my head. She knew what worked with my face and was honest with what didn't. Since then she's also colored my hair, which was a first for me. I had highlights in the past, but I had never had a full color and she knew exactly what color would work with my skin when I told her I wanted to go darker. I love her and the Paragon Salon and always enjoy myself. The atmosphere is always so inviting, even on your first visit!

Back story: Five months ago, I got the worst haircut of my life. AND it was up to my chin, which made me hope that Mr. Fancy-Pants High-Dollar Salon Boy who butchered it would fall on a pair of scissors. BUT, out of all that tragedy, and I do mean tragedy (read: countless tears) I found Sheb. Ah, Sheb...my scissor- wielding savior. (Enter blissful sigh here). It took five months (and a valium if I'm truthful) to get me back in the chair, but Sheb transformed, uh, I can't even describe the levels of wrong he had to deal with. Point: he gave me a beautiful cut with enough structure to have a great style, and enough loosity-looseness to keep it fun and playful with just the tiniest bit of styling (I'm busy-tiniest bit is not to be poo-pooed). And? This is huge, the cut is in keeping with MY goal (pause: my goal. MINE. Because it's MY hair.) of growing my hair out again. Here's the best part: I'm cute again-yay me! If you're reading this, you're patient (I'm a chatter), but you also know that you can't put a price on being happy with your hair. No premium denim, Prada boots, or make-up can help you when you hate your hair. Lucky for us, Sheb is a bonafide steal when you weigh his prices against seeing your super-happy, confident self bouncing out of there on top of the world. It's all about the Sheb. Really. After being sick and losing all of my hair... and having to wear wigs during the grow out period.... I found Paragon after much searching for the best hair extensions that would look real and feel great.

Brenda is fantastic!! She and her assistant took their time with me and made sure that when I walked out... I was looking fabulous.

She patented her own type of extension that worked well for me and now... after many wig wearing days... I can finally fling my new long hair around.

It is human hair and well worth the time (a consultation plus a 4 hour appointment then styling).... and well worth the price.

p.s. Scheb (sp?) is also amazing and he helped prep and trim and color my hair to get ready for the big day.

I am the type of person who enjoys walking into a salon and telling any stylist the basic changes I want (i.e. short, growing it out, highlights, single color process, etc.) but after a disaster with a new stylist in New York, I've become a little more detailed about my hair preferences. I started seeing Crystal who was referred to me through a friend and I am so happy to have found a stylist that understands me again! I give her basics (short, darker, lighter, layers, no layers) and tell her other contributing information (I often air-dry my hair and when it's short it's poufy) and she goes from there. I've avoided going for any bobs lately because my hair gets poufy but we talked it over and I ended up with one of the best haircuts ever! Even after the cut had essentially grown out, I continued to get compliments.
All of the stylists I encountered at Paragon were friendly and personable. The salon has the appearance of a more snooty environment, but everyone there is fun and down-to-earth (as much as stylists can be). I definitely recommend this salon....especially Crystal!

I finally heard about Paragon on NPR and was delighted to find I could have my hair thermal reconditioned here, better than in NYC. Two years later, I come regularly for thermal, cut, and color and absolutely love it!

Brenda just did my hair extensions, and they are AWESOME! She is extremely thorough and knowledgable. I am wearing her Invisilocs Extensions that she desgined herself and couldn't be happier. I have fine hair and have alway wanted extensions, but didn't want to have my hair ruined then they were taken out! Brenda's Invisilocs system is the perfect solution! They are worth every penny!

The first time you walk into a salon, when they don't know you and the loyalty factor hasn't been established on either side, tells the story and the personality of the place. Paragon is one of those places that, while stylish and very professional, immediately makes you feel welcome and at ease. And, that feeling just gets better with every visit.

These people know their business, from the products they use, to the great customer service (not just one reminder the day before but one week ahead as well), to the absolute beauty of their work. AND, they don't take themselves too seriously and genuinely enjoy what they do.

I'm a pretty low-maintenance person except for my hair. Crystal is my stylist, is super friendly, and is a real perfectionist when it comes to my lowlights, highlights, color and cut. I've gotten lots of compliments on her work from friends and family.

So give Paragon a try, and ask for Crystal!

I'm 33 yo with NIGHTMARE hair! It's thick, curly and frizzy. For over 20 yrs, I have either had it up in a french twist, bun or ponytail -- never down. I finally took the next step which was to find one of the top salons in Atlanta that used the Lisco product for TR. I called Paragon and scheduled my consultation for the very next day. At my consultation, I met Sheb - GOD of HAIR! He took the clip out of my hair and as it fell, I could see the "oh, my god" look. I was so afraid that they were going to tell me that my hair would not be a good candidate, but he told me that I would be perfect for Thermal Reconditioning. Every step was explained and all of my questions were answered. The only question left was how long would I have to wait to have this life altering procedure performed. The following week was Thanksgiving. I was scheduled for the next Wednesday after Thanksgiving. I was so excited!!
The salon and stylist are one of a kind. Never a dull moment and very relaxing, not "stuffy". Moment of truth. It was UNBELIEVABLE! My unruly frizzy hair was sleek and beautiful.
After the enitre process my hair was shiny, beautiful and STRAIGHT! I told Sheb what I had in mind in regards to my haircut, he worked his magic and it came out better than I even imagined!
Sheb - you are truly amazing. I will never allow anyone else to touch my hair. You're patience is unbelievable. I love someone who is a perfectionist! :) My husband said that I look like I'm 20 again and most of my coworkers either have to do a double take or make the comment that I look 10 years younger as well. I actually feel younger. No longer held back by the BIG HAIR!
I would recommend any of the stylist in the salon - trust me - over the course of the day I was able to observe many satisfied customers! You are in good hands with Paragon. Go nowhere else!

I found this salon when a friend recommended it to me. Boy am I greatful! I go to Jason for color and Joseph for cut. They really listen to you, make sure they understand what you want, talk with you about pros and cons, and they don't do things drastically. I have never felt so well informed about my hair and how to take care of it before! I took pictures for Jason to see and not only did he give them a lot of attention, we discussed what would work best for me, and he wanted to keep the pictures to make sure he got it right. These guys take pride in their work. Its quite a drive and time commitment for me to go down to the salon, but its worth it!

I had the most amazing experience at this salon that I could ever imagine. My stylist name was SHEB. He went above and beyond what a stylist is suppose to do or be. My Aunt is suffering from caner and I wanted to get her a wig so that she would not feel uncomfortable around people. She lives in Alabama so it was hard to schedule an appointment around his and her schedule. The inital consaltation was very nerve racking for her. She was very nervious because she did not want anyone to see her without any hair but he reasured her that she would never feel nothing but fabolus. During the consultation she watched Sheb interact with other clients and saw how amazing he was with his clients. He told them the truth and that is something the you can do not see in a person now adays or even a stylist. He was true and honest. If the client wanted something that he thought did not suit them or when he thought of something else was better he made the client feel nothing but the best. I saw my Aunt light up with smiles and bright glowing eyes for the first time in a long time. That is something I will always remember. He made her feel like she was all that mattered and that was just what I was looking for. Sheb's knowledge of color and style really shows. This salon is lucky to have such an amazing person/stylist like him. He really knows what he is doing and it shows.

For the 7 years I've been in Atlanta I have never found a salon that did a consistently good job...until now. A friend recommended Paragon and they took such good care of my after a REALLY bad cut at my former salon. Jason does my color and Brenda does the cut. Jason does an amazing job every time I come in - I've never had someone do such a consistently great job. He always listens to what I want, gives advice, and I love the results each time. At each appointment, I just say "do what you did last time!" Brenda also does a great job with cuts, I have been pleased every single time. Together, Brenda and Jason have also helped me tremendously improve the health of my hair (it was so dry and brittle when I first came in they actually took a "before" picture). Everyone is friendly, great atmosphere. It's nice to have finally found a salon I can trust!

I have been getting my hair cut by Joseph and colored by Brenda for along time and I always leave very happy with all my services. It is a wonderful salon. I drive up from Peachtree City about a 50 minute drive but it is well worth it!!!!

I also first heard of Paragon through citysearch. I just got my hair highlighted by Jason and cut by Sheb and it looks absolutely PERFECT. I've never been so happy with my hair. It's soft, shiny, and the color reflects the light wonderfully. Sheb also did exactly what I asked him to with the length and added his own style to the cut to match the shape of my face. I couldn't be happier! My hair is chic, modern, and absolutely gorgeous! :)

I've been coloring my hair since I was 10 years old with various products. At around age 14 I started going to salons to get my hair colored and highlighted. Now that I'm approaching 20, I'm realizing how awful some of the color choices I used to have were and I've been looking for a salon that offers amazing hair color that will make me and my hair look awesome. I first heard about Paragon through City Search. I decided to get my hair colored by Jason and he did the most beautiful job. He gave me exactly what I wanted, but spiced it up by adding subtle colors that really accented the hair color. He also gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy. My hair is naturally shiny already, but Jason made it sparkle. I have never seen my hair so shiny, I'm shocked that it could even get to be this way. My hair is the most beautiful it has ever looked and it's all thanks to Jason!! He is absolutely wonderful, not to mention a really nice guy. The whole atmosphere at Paragon is totally relaxing and chill.

After living in GA for the last 3 1/2 years I have had a hard time finding someone that could actually handle my naturally curly hair. Many times I would walk into a place hopeful only to walk out disappointed. There is a difference between curly and k inky and no stylist I have been to cared to make the difference when it comes to my hair. And then after reading the reviews on Citysearch I decided to try Paragon and made an appointment with Brenda. It was the best decision I have made in regards to my hair in YEARS!

The salon is very cute and not pretentious. You can immediately tell that the clientele have been coming there for years, as everyone is comfortable with one another. Sarah at the front desk was perky, upbeat and quick to put me at ease.

When it was finally my turn to meet Brenda, she was cheerful and ready to work. And work she did, she worked magic on my hair! She knows her stuff and will make her suggestions but in the end you have the final say. After hearing her talk and be so knowledgable about hair, how could I not take her suggestions? I never felt so confident and happy about having someone new do my hair. She was great at explaining, great at cutting and styling. And the best part? Usually I am at a salon for hours, with her? I was there for an hour and half and came out looking and feeling fabulous!

I have found the one and am so glad I have. If you want a place that knows what they are doing, a nice atmosphere and want to leave looking fabulous, then Paragon is it!

Brenda is the greatest ever. I ive in North Georgia and travel to see her once a month for the past 5 months. i am wearing her " Invisilocs Hair Extensions" and absolutely love them. I found her through my search for hair extensions to make the grow- out stage of my short hair more tolerable. Meeting everyone five months ago really made me feel like I knew I would want to come back to Atlanta and to Paragon Salon. My hair extensions are very easy to maintain, easy to wash and dry and with proper maintenance they are exactly like my own hair. I can wear hats, put it in a pony tail and even swim. I have recommended Brenda and Paragon Salon to all of my friends. I would highly recommend Paragon Salon and Brenda for any type of hair style/color or hair extension needs.
I truley appreciate Brenda and the Paragon Staff for helping me to acheive my goal for my hair.

I have moved from Europe 7 years ago. I used to get the latest trendy cuts and color. But in Atlanta I couldn't find a single salon that would satisfy my needs. It was a nightmare, I moved form one salon to another just to find outdated techniques and inattentive listens in my colorists. Until I found JASON and salon PARAGON. He listens to everything you have to say, and will do exactly want you want. After the first visit I just told him to do what he thinks is best, he is that good. He will pick the color that matches my skin tone, season requirements and latest trends. The color looks very natural, doesn't fade and leaves hair looking healthy. I always get compliments on my hair color and cut. The service is great, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. You get pampered and leave the place looking like a goddess. Highly recommended.

Jason is the best colorist in Atlanta- hand's down. He listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen. I'm a blonde and tried every other stylist in Atlanta. Jason goes into tons of detail and uses so many colors to make your hair look completely natuturally like you're ready for a red carpe event. Not to mention his sweet demeanor and heart of gold. Joesph and Shev also cut my hair and are tremendous- I don't even have to use a dryer it for it to fall into place. You will get the BEST at Paragon. A must do!

I am fairly new to the area and I've always been very particular of who cuts my hair. I've been known to travel over an hour to find a great stylist. I've tried a couple since I've moved to the the Atlanta area, but they just weren't how can I say just not that good at what they do!! One of my clients referred me to Sheb, and I thought I can't believe I have to drive downtown to get a haircut, but I did and I will never go anywhere else, unless of course Sheb does!!! Sheb is not only an unbelievable hair stylist, he is the image guru he says he is.... I found him incredibly knowledgable and very easy to talk to. He listened to me, looked at my face and new what I needed. He is so amazing at what he does. Sheb I love you, and I hope to send others to you, so that they can experience not only a great hair cut, but the personal attention that you give to your clients.

Jason creates masterpieces! When I arrived, I hated my highlights and overall color. He listened, and created a wonderful pallet of colors that look better with my skin tone. I highly reccomend this cozy, intimate salon!

I was a bit hesitant about trying this salon since the outside was not appealing, however I read the good reviews here and thought I'd give it a shot. First, the inside is 10 times better than the outside. More importantly, everyone is extremely friendly and it is not pretentious at all. Third - they are good.
Jason did a wonderful job on my highlights, making it look natural. Then I had my haircut to make it healthier, which I was quite reluctant about since I am trying to grow it longer. However, somehow Joseph managed to "cut" my hair so that it even looks longer now. They both did a great job. Thank you!

I have been following Sheb around for the past 5 years. I 've never meet a hair dresser that listened, understood and gave you the just the look you were going for. I'm a perfectionist ( very A type) and I realize that I can make people crazy with wanting what I want, the way I want it and wanting it right now. Sheb never makes me feel like the pain in the a-- that I am, we just have a great time while he colors and cuts my hair. He takes such good care of me . I absolutely love him. Sheb is the most talented hair stylist I've ever met. There is a large circle of my friends who all go to Sheb, We all believe he is the best!! Sheb has spoiled me, no one will ever measure up to his abilities to make me look and feel fabulous. He has personality and talent beyond compare. I will never use any one else even if I have to fly in to see him.

I actually came to Paragon after reading the raving reviews about the salon on Citysearch. Walking in I was immediately greeted by name by the cute front desk girl. The ambiance is peaceful and personal, unlike other salons where you are herded around like cattle throughout your entire appt. Sheb is AWESOME!!! The color he did for my hair was beautiful and natural, just the way I asked for it :). On top of doing awesome color and cuts, he did my hair and makeup for my wedding reception and I got compliments left and right about how beautiful I looked(thanks sheb). After searching and searching, I have finally found my salon.

I used to model full time, nation wide. When I moved to Atlanta I had a radio show, T.V. show, worked for cartoon network and still was modeling part time........very busy...........with all of that styling and coloring and changing my look, my hair was badly damaged.
I met Sheb about 4 years ago and have not left his side since, he has nursed my hair back to health and has still been able to acheive the styles and versatility that I have needed for my different jobs, over the years. My hair is the healthiest it's been and we have done everything to it : extentions, colors, cuts, funky industrial styles, romantic soft looks, big magazine hair, everyday easy to manage, and everything between..........and like I said with all of that my hair is the most healthy I can remember it being.
It only took 2 times to realise I had found Sheb and not to stray form him........After meeting Sheb I did a shoot for this one photograher he had his own stylist that came highly recomended and he insisted on using them my hair was ruined, I went crawling back to Sheb feeling like I had cheated on him and that's what I get................that was strike one for me...............Another time he had put in some extentions in and I had someone else take them out not thinking that that would be a big deal WRONG ! they cut bald spots in my head, AHHHHHHH that was strike two !!!!!!!!!! No strike three for me I will not underestimate my hair and the degree of difficulty it takes to maintaine it I go to Sheb religously now and if a photographer wants to shoot me I supply the stylist (Sheb)
With that I hope you can understand how important my look is to me and you trust my review don't make the same mistakes as I did.............go to Sheb and the staff at Paragon

Pros: The staff actually listens to what you want, not do what ever they want to do

Cons: that I can't live there so I can have Sheb do my hair evryday

Daughters are not usually the ones who teach their mothers about hair style choices, but in this case, my daughter taught me that there is only one person in this world who I totally trust to take care of my hair care, design and maintenance. Thankfully she introduced me to Sheb several years ago, and no one has touched my hair since. Ladies over 50 take note, the man is magical. He has a very insightful hairstyle manner, and just knows what works for us and what to do, whether it is the color or cut. The absolutely amazing part is that the colors he chooses are always beautiful, the kind of colors that keep my friends and office mates constantly commenting 'WOW or WHO DOES YOUR HAIR?". And the styles! This is not my mother's hairstylist, (you know the one style she had her entire life). I have enjoyed many styles and believe me, I love looking younger and stylish and Sheb knows just what to do! Sheb also keeps my daughters, (who are young and beautiful), colored and styled and they turn many heads. Now let me mention that we all drive from north Georgia and one from South Carolina, for what we consider the assurance for a Great Hair Day. Everyone at Paragon have treated all of us as extended family members since our first visit, and we can't wait to get there to see what Sheb has in store for us and to enjoy and watch as other customers come and go, all as appreciative as us. I just hope that the secret does not get out to too many people, I have to be able to book my routine appointments and so do my daughters, my sister, and in the not to distant future, my granddaughter. But, knowing Sheb and his loyalty to his friends and customers, he is going to keep us beautiful!!!!!!!! Some folks have talent, Sheb has his and then some! The only negative comment, we miss the fish!

FIRST- I should be up north at the beach, but I fly home to ATL to get my hair done w/SHEB-not sure you can give a better recommendation than that.

IHow I found him.... could not get into my salon for color/cut on short notice. I saw Paragon's add & called-the receptionist was VERY accommodating. During our conversation I mentioned I just had my extensions removed. She asked me series of questions to make sure she allotted enough time in case I needed xtra attention! She took my # to call me back to see if she could fit me in. It only took a few minutes &I had an appt the next day. I did ask the prices bc Id never been to Paragon & the price can usually be a good determination on the level of expertise the salon provides. It was slightly higher than my other salon which tells me I should be safe! When I arrived, she greeted me & offered me a drink/snack. Sheb was just finishing up-I was a few mins early. The salon is very tranquil/relaxing. It's an intimate setting w/fun atmosphere. Sheb came over, greeted me, asked me what I wanted & looked at my hair. I was a little nervous bc its scary to change stylists, especially w/o a recommendation-so I had him be conservative on my coloring.just blondes - normally i have shades of red too, not too "wild" but fun. My hair was pretty damaged & uneven from the extensions. He talked to me about what he wanted to do & how we can fix it. He was very confident & knowledgeable which made me feel at ease & comfortable. It turned out FABULOUS!! I was so impressed & happy. It was a very technical cut to blend in the unevenness and it turned out FLAWLESS!! I went back last week & gave him free reign to do my "wild" color..Again - FABULOUS!! I have an appt tomorrow for new extensions with Brenda-she even created this extension process that I am having done. Recently found out Sheb also does make up - so had him make me up for night on the town - make up and style - received MANY compliments!!

Pros: Everything! You come out looking beautiful!!

WOW! I thought I could dye my own hair! Boy was I wrong. It turned out orange and blotchy. Paragon Salon was my angel in Heaven. Literally! They got me in right away and transformed my hair from an awful mess to perfection. I will always go back to Paragon. They have me as a customer for life! The people are so friendly and their skills with hair are uncomparable. I love them! I love the salon. You need to go there, you will never go anywhere else again! I promise!

Pros: Ambiance, friendly workers,

Cons: A little pricey, but worth every penny!

When you know your own hair and how it cuts and falls and how you want it to look Go to Paragon Salon and you will find that Jason knows and understand your hair better than you do. He is a master at cutting, shaping and finishing your new do beyond your wildest dreams. I am one fussy woman and Jason can
put me at ease, make me laugh and give me the best new hair do I ever had. Once you go and take
a look at the ambience of the salon you will be their newest customer. Jason you are a magician with
scissors. What a wonderful experience.

I went here and I could barely run a comb through my hair. Now I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. The stylists and colorists are unbelievable. It's a a wonderful experience everytime I go here, not only because of the end result, but because of the atmoshphere as well. Unlike other salons all the people that work here get along, there's no drama, and it's fun. I would highly recommend this salon and the experience to anyone I know.....Thanks again Paragon!!!!!!!!

Having just moved down here from upstate New York a year and a half ago, I have spent a good part of that first year going from one "top" salon to another. Either the cut wasn't right, or the color wasn't, or the atmosphere was too pretentious or too casual. I originally went to Paragon to have my extremely curly hair straightened with their special method, and loved it right from the start. It was intimate, the people were friendly and knowledgeable, and really took their time to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I then went back to try them for a hair cut and color, and I was hooked. I adore Sheb who does my hair ? the color is gorgeous and the cut is the best and most flattering I've ever had anywhere. He will spend whatever time is necessary to make it look right, as he is a perfectionist like me. Whenever I leave there, I get stopped by total strangers complimenting me on my hair and asking where I had it done for weeks after. I drive there from Smyrna, and would gladly drive twice as far.

Pros: the staff, the attention to detail, the color, the straightening, the hair cut

Cons: It's not cheap.

Jason is a top flight, master hair color artist. I can't say enough about the great experience and compliments that I have received since he highlighted my hair. Paragon Salon is a beautiful salon, very peaceful yet fun. The whole team there are very professional and knowledgeable. No waiting; attentive service; they take the time to listen and are not distracted. Lovely place.

I got my hair cut and colored by Sheb at Paragon last weekend. I hadn't cut my hair in a year...yes a year and I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. Sheb did an amazing job with the color and cut. It looks awesome curly and straight!

OK. I waited a couple weeks before writing this review for Jason and Paragon, just to be sure.

I was a first time customer...looking for a good mens shortish, easy to maintain, and "current" haircut.
Firstly, Jason was great - he listened to my goal - even looked at some photos I brought in. He then explained to me the realities of my hair (thickness, etc.) versus the hair of the models in the pictures. As he worked and got familiar with my hair growth patterns, he slightly adjusted his (and thru quick discussion, my) goal and was always thinking about the next step - what would work best FOR ME. Needless to say, I got a really great cut by a friendly and talented pro. But even better, I was able to duplicate the same "messy" look the next day by myself. Yeah, really. And now, two weeks later, my haircut is still "doing what it is supposed to do", which is truely the measure of a great cut.
Thanks to Jason and also to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be becoming a regular.
I highly recommend Paragon Salon.

Pros: Talent. And you don't feel like you are herded cattle.
