I have lost 10 pounds in 4 months of going to La Fitness Sports Clubs. They have all the equipments you need for your excercise. I have met friends in the gym and the staffs are so nice. They are clean and they have professional trainors. I highly recommend this place to all especially to all moms who just had a baby. There are lots of moms going there to work out.

La Fitness has all the facilities and the latest machines to do ur workout, worth spending ur money,experienced instructors and friendly environment. Relaxed and healthy atmosphere to keep ur mind n body fit.
