I was in the process of looking for the perfect grand piano, and was at Piano Works for my daughter piano exam. So I went ahead to check out some pianos. The sales lady there was very rude and condescending and unhelpful. She treated me and my children like a nuisance there. She scolded my daughter for touching the pianos instead of telling me nicely to remind my daughter. She rudely remarked, "... but you are here for the exam; are you looking for a piano?.." Save your time and look somewhere else.

Wow, I don't know where the previous review came up with that but unfortunately my experience was not good. The one lady I spoke with Cindy was snobbish, dismissive and unhelpful. I could not get an exact quote and although I called back at least three times it kept changing. I ended up feeling they did not want to do business with me. I can't believe in this day and age people behave like that, after all, don't they want to sell pianos? My advice to anyone...save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

I drive by this store everyday and finally stopped to take a look. It was amazing! I am not in line for a piano but the sales associate was so friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend any one who is looking for a piano, come here!
