My experience with Farmers Furniture is terrible. I purchased a computer, Acer, from this company in the amount of 1551.48 and insurance. I had a robbery in my home and theift took computer. Filed with Police took report to FF. I had talked directly with insurance adjuster,6/14/10, whom stated claim closed. Checked issued to FF on 6/4/2010. When I called about the account, told I had a neg $655.65. I asked when I could expect payment. I was told more information was needed. We provided the correct information and had understood, by talking with Insurance company this claim was closed as of June 4, 2010 check issue day. Upon calling back to store on Abercorn Ext. Sav. GA. I was told still need more info. I have constantly been lied to or put off to buy more time. SO, IF anyone goes there and has an issue with any thing you will not get good service and will have to continuly waste your time in phone calls, none are returned in timely manner, getting what is actually needed to be done or answered. This is the worse store I have ever dealt with. I have purchased much and in return sent people here. I can no longer issue by mouth or otherwise what a good store you are because your customer is not needed. LIES are. this has been alot of mental anquish for me & family. Farmers Furniture has been very poor in relations of commuications between customer and employees. Even told I did have to worry as they had many other customers, I was only a small one.?? Really, word of mouth and service goes along way. This review was to inform you, Farmer Furniture, you need to act like you are happpy to help not put off the customer, even if they are not happy. Call back when you need too, answers are important and so is SATISFACTION.WHen can I expect my balance due to me??

a WONDERFUL furniture store with a staff that deserves a 5 star rating! they are not pushy and the items are usually in stock! it sure beats having to wait 2 weeks for your goods! we luv this store!
