I started taking my 2002 Isuzu Trooper (80k miles) to Southtowne Hyundai Isuzu, Inc. located at 7665 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA 30274-3968 in September of 2010 for service of sensors replacement in the amount of $578.93. I had the scheduled

I started taking my 2002 Isuzu Trooper (80k miles) to Southtowne Hyundai Isuzu, Inc. located at 7665 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA 30274-3968 in September of 2010 for service of sensors replacement in the amount of $578.93. I had the scheduled

I would give Southtowne ZERO stars if I could. We negotiated a price with Craig Edwards, Internet Manager by email and phone. His price was so much better than other dealers that I questioned him to verify that it was legitimate. He assured me by email that the price was good. Went to purchase the car and after almost 2 hours were informed that "there has been a mistake" and they blamed it on Hyundai making a mistake on their invoice, which we did not believe in the least. All it would take to fix the mistake was for US to pay an additional $2,200. Mr. Edwards was professional and apologetic; his General Manager was not. He never even apologized!

I worked with Darrel the Internet Manager for 2 days he was Great! Very Patient answered all of my questions. Finance was Good they Beat my Bank:)

Pros: Timely, Knowledgeable,Friendly, Price

First, the sales rep. lied to me when I phoned in to get inventory information for possible vehicles I wanted to purchase. Next, when I arrived, they had me wait around only to search for vehicles on my own through the lot. Then, I got scolded for knowing what I wanted and how I wanted it. And Last, to utter distastefulness, I got cursed at with the phrase "F*@k You." Gee, this must be their twisted, weird right of passage to car buying.

Michael was the rep that caused the trouble. One of his fellow reps tried to cover the foul-up for him as if I was actually going to act like "that didn't happen"; and when I tried talking with the GM about the disrespectful matter-at-hand, he was only interested in selling me an automobile (go figure). No thanks.
