Atlanta is one of the least green major cities in the United States. It does not have a Central Park like New York does. While I had the great Lullwater Park near Emory when I was in school, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens is the urban dwellers escape from the concrete to a soft, quiet, secluded place to find peace and calm. It has a wide array of beautiful plants and flowers from all over the world. This is the store that does most of the maintanance to the park as I saw their truck in the park often. They did great work.

Housed in what was once a warehouse on the Westside, this trendy nursery and landscape company is owned by landscape designer Tim Bergstrom. Not only are there lots of plants, there are also unique architectural elements, a wide variety of planters and fabulous European antiques which are perfect for decorating your yard and gardens.
