I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and after driving the car only twice, the engine light came on and almost broke down on me @ 11pm coming from work. After being shifted around, I finally spoke to someone in the service department who happened to be the FIRST person that lived up to their standards/ reputation. I found out that the car had not been inspected prior to them presenting this car for purchase. Management refused to take care of other minor repairs even after I became aware that they were negligent from the beginning and could have caused a catastrophe.

My husband purchased our vehicle in February, 2007 and the Salesman thoroughly went through the details. After several months we took the vehicle back for an oil change and the technician informed us that the car had a sensor that would infom us when it was time to have the oil changed. Thus far, the services that we have received has been great. I really believe they stand behind their product by offering alot of inhouse services that you would normally get somewhere else.

Good customer service. They explain everything without being asked. However, if you are not assigned to a spcific assistant manager, they tend to try not to see you.
