This is the worst Red Lobster I have ever been too!!!! I went with two other people and we all ordered different things and it was awful. We had bad spots on our baked potatoes. seafood was to fishy to eat and the prices sucked.

I stopped @the Red Lobster on Lavista Rd on Jan.29,2011 wanting
a good steak.I now know never to order a steak at a Fish restaurant. The steak was horrible, over cook, tough and cold.
Wishing it was not as late as it was I would have taken it back to the restaurant. I will never purchase a steak from there again. I really want to be conpensate for my time & money. I should have
examined it before i left the restaurant.

Yes a visit there was terrible. Old salad I must admit was horrible. Even my 10 year old was not happy. Don't know if I will go back, maybe for a drink at the bar, maybe.

Red Lobster at Northlake on 9-14-08 had very little to absolutely no quality when it came to the food. The whole thing was unbelievable.
I ask you... How in heaven??s name do you mess-up salad? You cant start with very wilted, old ice- burg lettuce. How can you possibly get clam chowder wrong (which by the way was the substitute for the bad, old, not at all edible salad)? You start by throwing in the oldest, stalest saltines crackers that were never thrown out at the expiration date. If you really want to insure that the customer is totally disgusted, you make sure you serve them rotten, old, stale pineapple sliced along side the coconut shrimp appetizer and then you make sure the biscuits (the one thing you just know they will get right) look beat- up and reheated. That will surely make the hungriest customer cancel the Admiral??s Feast and shrimp and salad luncheon entrees and run like hell before contracting the very obvious case of food poisoning just waiting to happen. Top off the experience by attempting to explain to the manager your dissatisfaction with the experience.
It got down right comical.
I will say this? I take full responsibility for my role in the disaster. I should have known better than to try to substitute a Red Lobster meal for what should have been a Pappadeaux meal.
It will never happen again !!!

Although long time patrons of the Red Loster restaurants nationally, my husband and I were introduced to a totally new low in customer service. My husband chose this specific location as he recalled plesant experiences in the past....

3/29/08 7:30pm we were seated (despite our protests) next to the drink serving station. Our server after about 15 minutes took our food orders and upon bringing our salads told us the fresh biscuits would be brought shortly. Biscuits were not brought out and after observing other restaurant patrons in the same area receiving bisuits, we complained and 45 minutes later bisuits were brought by another server after asking several servers in the area for help only to be told we were not in their service area.

Our server failed to bring our food platters or check to ensure our drinks were refreshed. After an hour of waiting and seeing our plight, another server from another dining room brought our food orders to the table. The Admiral's platter and the Ultimate Feast contained cold crab legs on a hot plate and the steamed vegetables and added 1/2 lb crab legs were totally ommitted. The vegetables and heated crab legs (2) were finally brought to the table as we finished the entrees. Our complaints were heard by several servers and hostesses and when the general manager, Daniel Hines was requested, he was advised of the fact that this weekend was our 2nd honeymoon (our olderst son is in college and the youngest one on a weekend retreat in North GA) and when given the details of the "dining experience", his response was "oh, I'm sorry, you should have asked for me before now..." At no time did he make any offers or efforts to address our inconvience as this totally unsatisfactory dining experience that wasted over 2.5 hours of our time and cost $49.00. Mr Hines took our check and the money for the bill and as he attempted to give us the change, we then requested Mr Hines to give the change of $11.00 to the only server, Tahir White, that acted with compassion and we felt truely deserved recognition.

WE WILL NOT CONTINUE TO SUPPORT NOR RECOMMEND This particuliar location as this was the WORSE EXPERIENCE we have ever endured.

Where's a good place to go when you're hungry and want to look nice, but not spend too much money? Red Lobster, of course! The one located on Lavista Rd. was one of the best i have been to. The service was good, and not to mention the food was excellent. The waiter and hostess were really friendly, I just had to leave a good tip for them. I would recommend anyone to go to Red Lobster and get a great meal at a price not too high.

PROS: Good food, good service
CONS: Not that many options of food
