Had a friend come into Maui...He was stranded at the airport after a 6 hour flight....!!! Then he was stranded again on his way back to the airport. Had to pay 180 extra dollars for a taxi!!! And still have yet to hear from thier

We booked airfare with HAL and included shuttle transfer service to and from our hotel. We were met by a gal with a lei, and given a departure transfer voucher which we were to present to the driver upon our departure from the hotel.

Great service and would DEFINITELY use again.

I booked a family vacation with them starting with the lei greeting and a few activities.

After a long flight, we were met at the airport by a friendly young woman whose smile and friendly manner just melted our troubles away. The flowers were fresh and fragrant and the perfect thing we needed to get the smell of the airplane off of us.

The transfers to our hotel were perfect and we were able to relax before our action-packed family vacay.

We had to change a couple things from our original order, so we called customer service and they were able to accomodate us in a very friendly and courteous manner. The operator even recommended a few family-friendly restaurants for us to try out. Very much a plus.

We purchased a helicopter tour, an Arizona Memorial and Polynesian Center tour. All were great!

We then went over to Maui and the company handled our transfers there to and from the hotel. Same great and easy service. No glitch at all!

Some of the must activities we purchased were a
bike tour, the snorkeling and the Maui Ocean Center. The only bad thing was that we weren't in Hawaii during whale season.

All in all a great experience!

The lady who greeted us at the Honolulu airport was pleasant enough and had fresh flower lei's. Once we gathered our luggage we were put on a small transport bus with other "Meet and Greet" customers. Getting to our hotel took quite some time because they drop off everyone according to their hotel location. We ended up getting caught in a traffic jam at one of the hotels and sat for almost 20 minutes.

The pick-up to return to the airport was the worst. The driver was a small, fragile woman who was extremely rude. Because of her size she couldn't handle our luggage so I had to load them into the bus. Once the doors were closed she asked for our voucher, which was in my suitcase. I told her I needed to get it and her rude response was, "You know, the voucher that you were suppose to give to your driver!". I told her she didn't need to speak to me in that tone of voice. It was a terrible way to end a very nice vacation.

Read the reviews on this site and you'll see why this company should not be in business. I wish I had before booking with them through Expedia.

Please, please - do NOT waste your time booking with this rip off company. I booked a Lei greeting private shuttle from airport to hotel - it was a disaster.

The lady who met us threw some Leis made with wilted small flowers around our necks saying nobody had told her it was a Lei greeting and she had to rush out and pick some up, it was not what we were expecting - all the other folks being met by different companys were greeted with Aloha! and beautiful big leis made with fragrant big fresh purple flowers, while we stood with little more than a pre-school made daisy chain of dead flowers around our necks.

Neither were we given private transfer - we were loaded onto a bus with other people and made a stop at the Hilton before getting to our hotel the Outrigger - the journey took 1 1/2 hours due to the stop at the Hilton hotel to unload a family and their luggage, I want to make it clear that I did not pay the $15 meet and greet, but actually paid the $30 per person (so $120 for our family of 4) to have the private transfer.

I phoned the company who were rude and refused to refund me the cost of the private transfer - I didnt ask for the entire cost back, but felt that I hadnt recieved what I had paid for so excpected to only pay the $15 shared vehicle drop off. They refused and Expedia were powerless to help and wouldnt refund me either.

I was not asking for anything that I hadnt paid outright for. Please do yourselves a favour and book elsewhere, after a long flight all you want is to know that a big smile and Aloha! wait for you at baggage claim with your private car and beautiful leis if thats what you have paid for.

Dreadful service from a dreadful company, I would not reccommend them to anyone!

I asked him if he wanted my flight number & he answered in a sarcastic tone "Yeah, if we're going to pick you up!" Anyways, I'm never going to do business with them again. I'll take it somewhere where it will be appreciated.

I booked this through Liberty Travel. We could not find the person to pick us up at the airport. They had no sign with our name on it, because they didn't know we were coming.
Also we never got picked up in the morning for our free breakfast, so we could not use our trolley voucher, gift certificate, or fun and food card.
Very dissapointed with the service.

I booked a trip through Expedia for an airport pick up and return through diamond head vacations. They were late picking me up at the airport and never showed up (although I called to confirm in the morning) to bring me to the airport. I waited in the correct pick up spot at the hotel with my two children for over forty minutes. I called diamond head vacations and asked if they were coming.. the very rude woman told me that they had been there twice and could not return for about an hour. She told me that I would be better off taking a cab to the airport (which cost 35 dollars plus tip) and that my money would not be refunded to me. Expedia told me that they are a third party booking agency and that they would not refund my money either. Be warned.. you would be better off taking a cab, 0r other shuttle service, from the airport as it will cost the same amount. As far as the lei greeting.. it was not all that great. The lady basically put it around my neck, and my childrens, without so much as an Aloha. This company is a waste of money..and in the end.. but stress on the end of my vacation. Be leary of Expedia as well.. they cannot and will not refund your money should anything go wrong with your vacation.

I hope they would give cutomers more information on where to aboard the boat.
