Hilo Lanes

Hours of operation here depends on who is working. A/C shuts off at an unreasonable hour, and lane conditions are horrible. Management here needs to learn that customers are what drives their business. I have seen customers berated by the staff and treated pretty bad.

If the management at Hilo Lanes learned how to run a customer oriented establishment (let alone a bowling center) this could be a very good place to spend an afternoon.

when all of Hilo closes at 9 oclock, what else is there? I think they need to have to pool tables open for all ages as well. take them out of the bar! i remeber going down there with a group of friends, between the pool and bowling we stayed there till well over 10 on a friday night! really, what else is there to do??

Took our Youth night during spring break,,, the place it's more local but the fees should be more local also for young children or at least free 4-7 they don't know how to bowl, but they loved to wear it, cause the whole youth is wearing one. And we all know that's how kids are even when all of us were that age, we count everything is OHANA, anyway that's why we only play 1 round the lane fee is higher also. We love to bring our Youth back to have fun.

I like this bowling alley because it is a local favorite. Also many school bowling tournaments are held here. The game prices are reasonable and the bowling alley is clean and fun.
