i brought my truck in for a camber adjustment, they told me 1 hour and 120.00 for parts. so i set up an appointment, brought my truck in and waited for an hour. then they came out told me its gonna be another 3 hours of labor(charged) and another 200 for parts. not only did i have to wait because i didnt set up for a ride to come because it was suppose to be an hour, but they broke my window that they denied. if u could only see the discuss on the peoples faces in line in front of me because they was doing the same stuff to them as well! so long story short i called the manager (rick da prick) that they broke my window and he knew, but played dumb, and asked him what u gonna do about my window? he said "well u know bro we can fix it for another hundred because he had to order a new track". so i decided i was gonna open up the panel myself to see what was going on, i found out the window was just off track and needed to to be adjusted. works like its suppose to now and it was free! not to mention when i drove my truck home the thing was all over the road, couldnt drive it straight to save my life. they just straight up robbing people, how the hell can u guys sleep at night? i work with people on a daily bases fixing up houses, if i ever feel like im turning out like you guys id shoot myself first. i always do my own repairs, just this time i was way to busy to fix it myself. lesson learned!

i cant submit this without giving any stars, so how about i give them 5 stars for being the worst service in the world!

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. No additional parts were needed, or recommended by Mililani Goodyear. After I picked up the car and got on the H-2 I noticed the car had a slight to moderate constant pull to the right. I returned for correction of the problem and the "alignment specialist" said he knew the alignment was not to specifications but he had done the best he could. He said there were structural problems with front end parts on my car that made it impossible to provide an alignment that would met specifications. In essence, I would just have to live with the problem.
My car is not new but I was skeptical of the claim because I am the original owner, no one else drives my car, and it has not been in a crash. So I took it to Lex Brodie, paid for another alignment and when I got back on the H-2 it tracked like new.
I did not go back to Goodyear to ask for a refund or tell them someone else corrected their bad work. I reasoned that if they made the first excuse to cover inferior workmanship they would not hesitate to make a second excuse.

I brought my car in for a rear brake repair on a Tuesday. I received a call that afternoon in which I was informed that they had also conducted a "courtesy" inspection in which it was revealed that I had two old belts (they're all "old" after a couple of months, a dirty air filter (I changed it three months ago, and that I needed an oil change and tune up, by the way an air filter change is part of a tune up. This elevated the $490 quoted brake job to $1350. Are you kidding me? $860 for a tune up, oil change and two belt replacements? I would have pulled the car right then but it was on the the lift dismantled, additionally I was leaving for Iraq in a week and had to get it done. I told them just fix the brakes. They called a few hours later to inform me that the backing plate for the caliper piston would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. They would start work as soon as it came in. They called the next day, Wednesday, to inform me that the parts would be in on Monday and they would start work that day. I was fine with this. Come Monday I didn't hear anything, so I called that afternoon and was told that the parts were in and they were starting that day, but as the mechanic was back logged they would not be done until the next day. I told them that this was not acceptable as I wouldn't be leaving for Iraq until Thursday. They assured me that the car would be finished. I called at 3:00 PM the next day and was told that the car would not be ready until the next day. I again informed them that I would be leaving in two days and I needed the car to be finished. They assured me that it would be and to call the following day. When I did they told me that they were still waiting for the part, I asked "the backing plate?", I was informed that it was the backing plate, the one that was supposedly in since Monday. I pointed out my displeasure in a direct way and asked way I wasn't informed of this before. The rep I spoke with said he left a message with someone at the number I left. Really? This was a cell phone that ONLY I use. I informed him of this and he insisted that he had called. I checked my call log and no call from them. I told him this and yet he still insisted that he had called. I then went down to get my car. I got the keys and told them that since they wouldn't know the truth if it ran them down in a truck I was taking the car. To prove that they told me the truth they produced the invoice for the parts that had arrived TODAY. I pointed out again, in a very direct way that since I had been told that the parts had been in since Monday. Additionally the only two other people in the place were having almost identical problems. AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
