This by far is THE place to stay if you are planning a trip to Hawaii. My husband and i enjoyed this resort the most! The restaurants were fantastic, swimming with dolphins was a once ina lifetime experience and the amazing lagoon they have on premises was extremely wonderful. I hope that i get a chance to go back!

This is the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It had great service, great staff, and excellent tours of the island. This hotel can be for a romantic get away or a family kid-friendly vacation. There are water slides, two pools, and my personal favorite the man made bay. The bay is filled with exotic fish and sea turtles to snorkel, it's like your in the ocean of Hawaii but the sharks are gone. This is a great experience if you visit Hawaii and is in a great location right near the town and the local non-active volcanoes.

This is a fantastic hotel. There are 3 buildings of rooms, all different. Our room faced the ocean and was lovely. The tram is a bit slow, but the walk in between buildings isn't bad. The restaurant is great (especially for watching the sun set over dinner).

This resort is huge and has a lot to offer. The rooms were nice (Gold Club Member floor with free breakfast is even better!). We didn't go into the lagoon (not appealing), but we did go snorkling just outside it several times (got up close with a giant sea turtle). Lots of great dining. We will definitely return, though it is VERY pricey!

The Hilton on the big island is by far the best hotel on the island. It's so big it's even got a small little tram inside to take you around the resort. The pool area is gigantic, with waterfalls, a grotto and even dolphins that was you can swim with. The beach is very close by as well with some good waters for snorkling. The rooms are also very nice, there is great service and plenty of restaurants and shops to pass the time.
