Redeker's Furniture & Carpets

They also have an awesome customer service department. We had a problem with my couch, my son had sat down a little too hard on it and it needed repair. Realizing it was our fault I called and spoke to their customer service manager. She was kind and courteous, sent a very professional man to my home to look at it for me at no charge, and gave us a heck of a deal on the repair. They even picked it up & returned it to us! The couch is great now and I couldn't be happier.

Redeker's offers something unique among central Iowa furniture stores: quality furniture and good prices everyday. Their salespeople and designers are excellent too--very knowledgeable and low-pressure. It's not a chain -- it's family-owned and the Redeker family are all in the business.

We have purchased numerous items there in the past few years and have always been very pleased with them. We especially appreciate not having to wait for a big sale to get a good deal.

They have lots to choose from -- not as much as Homemaker's in Des Moines, but Redeker's actually has more furniture that interests us. (Homemaker's carries a lot of furniture that's fairly low-quality and not built to last.) And unlike Homemaker's, which charges to deliver even in Des Moines, Redeker's delivery is free!

To sum up, Redeker's is worth a trip to Boone if you're furniture shopping (takes about 35 minutes from WDM).
