So disappointed with the products and service from Spectrum Lighting. \r\n\r\nWe bought a ceiling fan/light from them for our master bedroom and paid our usual electrician to install it. Started having problems right away with the light and fan going off and on randomly (try having the ceiling light in your bedroom go off and on all night long!).\r\n\r\nCalled the store, and they said it was probably the receiver in the fan and that they would order us a new one. However, they refuse to either have one of their electricians install it for us or to reimburse us for the cost it will take to have the fan re-installed by our electrician.\r\n\r\nWhy should I have to pay TWICE for installation when the product they sold me was--by their own admission--faulty? They refused to stand behind their product. As a result, we're taking the fan back and will take our business somewhere else from now on. (But not Advanced Lighting, The Lamplighter or Albrights, because they're all owned by the same people!)
