Splash Seafood prides itself on serving the freshest seafood in town-a classic for anniversary celebrations and when parents come to town. The head chef does a wonderful job at pairing seafood with various preparations. Don't be surprised if old favorites take on new and delicious appearances. Even those who normally shy away from seafood may find themselves truly enjoying the menu offerings. Unless you have your heart set on it, skip the salad course and add an appetizer to your meal -- the BBQ Shrimp and Calamari are divine.
The service staff is formal and supports the aura of a special occasion. Penny pinchers and college students beware- this may be a small investment! Make sure you stop at the bar for a cocktail or ask your server for a wine suggestion to round off your experience.
