Concord Custom Cleaners

It is really hard to review a business that is a "vanilla ice cream" sort of place in a "triple fudge.-caramel swirl world".
When I say that I simply mean that this place is a simple, straightforward type of place with no super features to mention.

I have used this place on a number of occasions and generally had satisfactory outcomes with them,,,EXCEPT for the time I sent a dress in with a stain and it came OUT with the same stain. Not knowing what to do, I then took it to another cleaner who removed the stain....another "vanilla ice cream moment" my friends....

So, my reccomendation would be to stear clear of this business...take your cleaning elsewhere if you want stellar performance (and don't we all) until this place brightens up its act.
