Big 10 University Towing

My car broke down on a busy street in Iowa City. They were there in 5 minutes and the driver even helped my find a mechanic. The rates were reasonable, the driver was really a saint. I recommend them to anyone and will use them exclusively in the future. Thanks so much Big 10! You rock!

My son who is a U of I student called me and said that he had just locked his keys in the car & it was running. I called Big ten towing and they immediately went over and unlocked his car. Thank you!

We had our daughter's car towed today and the window somehow fell off in transit to the repair shop. The driver put the window in the back seat of the car and when he got the car to the repair shop, the driver tried to put the window back in place and it fell onto the parking lot and broke. The owner of the repair shop and several workers at the shop said that it was the driver's fault that the window broke but Big 10 does not want to accept the liability for breaking the window. The cost of replacement is over $240.00.
