Purely Pilates Inc

Purely Pilates only does pilates classes but offer flexible times and great rates. They are a Stott, the method my doctor had suggested I use to get my mid section back into shape and help alleviate pain in my lower back. The facilities are great and the exercises have made a huge impact on my life! My lower back pain is gone but I still go because I love the visual results!!
