I have to say the atmosphere starts with the owner. She is not a nice person, and she dictates what you can have. The servers have attitudes, but it starts at the top. the food quality at this one is poor. and if you want to add any item

We decided to stop at Dairy Queen on a Friday night. We saw that the drive-thru line was long so we parked to go in. We got up to the door and saw a sign saying there were understaffed and therefore the inside was closed. Annoyed, we got in our car and drove to the drive-thru line.

We ordered a blizzard and a moolatte WITHOUT whipped cream. When we got up to the window they first handed us a moolatte...WITH whipped cream. This was not the first time they haven't listened to my "no whipped cream" request at this location. Other Dairy Queen locations have gotten in right every time.

They handed us the blizzard and it did not have a lid on it. It was overflowing with ice cream. Maybe all Dairy Queens do this, but I'm not sure. Do they want ice cream to melt all over our car on the drive home? I sure don't.

Oh yeah...and my fries were WAY over seasoned and salted. Yuck. I just wanted regular fries.

Thankfully, I don't go to Dairy Queen very often. But if I did, I'd probably drive to the one by Manawa instead.
