Taki Japanese Steakhouse

Taki Steakhouse is awesome! I had a birthday celebration there last year, and they made it a lot of fun. They have the tables with the grills in them, so it's great for kids too. It's hard to get good sushi around here, and I was pleasantly surprised by this option.

Our server did make a really inappropriate joke during our meal, which I did not appreciate. But other than that, I was pleased.

This place is a great time - the food portions are large enough to split with someone (you just have to pay the extra plate charge). Additionally come prepared the waitstaff loves to do saki bombs and can easily do several rounds with you during one sitting - just don't lose!

If you are looking for a great time, and good food this is the place.

Watchout - never been impressed with the attentiveness of the bar staff

Fresh sushi is offered every Tuesday and Wednesdays you get half off of the sushi. The chefs are friendly and put on a fun performance. Non-sushi items are tasty too (chicken, fried rice, steak). Fish is flown in fresh daily. They only take reservations for tables with grills.
